America has not been given a fair shake by the media. From Fast and Furious to Benghazi to the solar companies Obama has decided to throw our money away to, to the failed stimulus, to the miserable economy and joblessness (particularly among the minority populations)……If the media had accurately reported about all the failures and tragedies occurring under this administration, we would have elected Mitt Romney. Obama is an empty suit protected by a media who is just happy to be in his presence.

I had a son with special needs in the public school system. It was a struggle trying to get some flexibility in his program in spite of the fact that he supposedly had an individualized education program. I kept hearing from the special needs director how great their program was and yet I was called every couple of days and told to take my son home because he was unable to stay in class (one that was completely over his head but his “plan” said he was to stay there for 20 minutes.) The director said people were moving into our district because of the reputation of the special needs program. (not likely) I hear this from other parents about the school systems they are in. The administration is so busy protecting their precious programs that only work on paper they forget about the kids. We need magnet schools, charter schools, creative schools, affordable private schools that compete with the plodding, bureaucrat run, monolithic institutions that don’t work for far too many. We have no idea what went on in Adam’s mind,re or at home or what his parents attempted to do…..no one does. But of course, that doesn’t stop our politicians and special interest groups and media from pontificating ad nauseum about what to do. No need for facts. Unintended consequences here we come. It quickly becomes about anything but the kids.

I agree. This does not ring true and it cheapens the discussion of mental illness that is so important in this country. After your child turns 18 it is very difficult to get help for him. In CT there is a problem finding available and appropriate professionals. This looks to me like another attention seeker looking for his moment.

I am not sure they didn’t vote. I know it sounds pathetically desperate, but this election doesn’t make sense. Romney got less Mormon votes than McCain. Precincts got more votes than voters. Some votes haven’t been counted. Conservative area polling places were extremely busy.I accept that Obama is our president for 4 more long years, but let’s be sure our voting system is honest for the future.

Obama ran on free contraception, abortion for all, to ward off the fake war on women. I believe that many of his voters don’t even know about the fiscal cliff. His mandate is a womandate. And there really was nothing there. That is about it. He is still giving empty political speeches. He stands there with an audience when he should be directly speaking to us in a serious way and answering questions from the press. Not that they would ask anything relevant. I can’t get over thinking that something is terribly wrong with the election. More than 100% of some precincts voted, a lot of the military didn’t get ballots…….I know the results will remain the same and the election is declared over, but a good hard look at what actually happened in the swing states so that we can clean up this process would be worth investing in. We need to have confidence in our system.

This is about a woman who seems bitter and sad after a difficult divorce being used by a woman who is bitterly and sadly seeking attention and making money while doing it. If Maureen Stemburg is looking for someone with morals and principles, why is she supporting Obama? This is not important, not interesting, not believable. Gloria Allred is not important, not interesting, not believable.

I don’t know what universe you live in if you think things are improving. Obamacare taxes have not kicked in yet, but as small business owners we have already felt the increase in premiums that came in anticipation of all the freebies promised. We have a president who covers up an attack in Libya to protect himself politically (and who knows what else they are hiding) We have a president who blocked the Keystone pipeline and with that thousands of jobs. We have a president who takes executive privilege instead of allowing full disclosure on the disgraceful program Fast and Furious,and then has the gall to say it began under Bush. In 2009!!!!!! We have a president who has golfed over 100 times, who missed the majority of the intelligence briefings, who invites the Muslim Brotherhood into the white house and disses Israel. He allows only tough interviews with Entertainment tonight, the view, david letterman, jon stewart, the pimp with the limp….He put down the tea party and endorsed Occupy… median incomes are down, house values are down, food stamps are up…..How is this better? Under Obama the White House has been a movie set backdrop for a few speeches. One dimensional leadership. Leader in appearance only.
