  Agree Rick. This is how ‘THEY’ think: Political first; human later, which is usually after they got caught just being themselves. My question is: Why do leftists keep saying this kind of crap? It isn’t the first time. My only conclusion is that they are afraid to see what the real American people do when tragedy strikes. They band together and help one another. The gov’t does do anything but make political appearances and Say some things about how they care, but they Do very little if nothing at all. The left is afraid of how real American character is revealed in these catastrophes: Character that they have no understanding of and they resent it. They resent seeing real Americans taking care of business in ways that they simply have no talent for. They can do the phony stuff great, but not the real hard stuff that made America great.
  God Bless and strengthen everyone involved in this loss and give them peace to know that You are there to help them. May God also open the eyes, ears and hearts of the leftist politicians that use tragedies like this to gain more power and face time in the media.

  WOW! Those officers could not answer him legally or truthfully. How pathetic. He definitely needs a huge lawsuit filed and take it to court. Make those officers say what they did under oath. Of course they already did take an oath to protect and defend the constitution, so maybe the oath doesn’t matter. The first guy, the fat one started it all and then it’s cya up the chain. I’d imagine the son could file suit too. Don’t settle out of court, make them raise their hands be accountable for what they did. it’s disgusting.

  Wilson and Sea: I agree with both of you. There is absolutely no reason why you can’t disagree to disagree with someone respectfully: Unless the disagreement is over your personal safety. I don’t agree with Penn on many things, but I respect his beliefs because he arrived at them through his own journey and can explain them to others on an intellectual basis. Jesus Christ died for every human now, before and in the future. I think Penn limits his own mind by not considering the true message of Christ, but maybe he’s never been with people that reflect it as well. I also think that Beck understands this and appreciates talking to people without making it personal and pulling the conversation into the mud. People become closer by talking out of love and sincerity with those they disagree with, while showing them the respect they deserve. It’s good stuff.

  She talks like she’s been in the nitty gritty and I simply don’t believe that. She’s been there 20 yrs???? Time to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why can’t people just use the guns she allows????? Who does she think she is to tell anyone anything? Cruz nailed her and hit her in a place that frazzled this ‘seasoned warrior’ of politics. He used simple truth and logic to knock this elitist off her game. Cruz is awesome.

  Glad the Blaze has it’s morals, but had they prevailed, this lawmaker would not have been so open and honest about her intentions. Politicians lie and trick us all the time. This guy just made her think he was on her side and that was it. Nothing wrong. She’s a lib commie with an agenda and she was exposed. This guy just adapted to HER ‘battleground’ standards, rules etc. and it worked. It’s great to get people to admit to what they want to do to affect your life.

How about when police have them? He’s talking out of both sides of his mouth. Hope the money is worth it because you’re a sell-out to yourself, your oath and the American people.
