  What a political tool this guy is. Look at any police shooting, they have to justify their actions by showing that the person they shot had a weapon and the police officer was in danger. So maybe having a gun is not considered defensive put you can only shoot it defensively??? What an absolute Jerk.

  Reminds me of that footage from the LA riots where the Koreans were defending themselves with guns. Most of those stupid rioters are just doing it because they can get away with it. If there was even a 1% chance of getting shot they would all probably stay home and play video games.

  That lady was baiting the cop. She wanted to be arrested. She was right up behind the police and immediately starts defending her right to film them. She knew what she was getting into when she started filming. You can also hear the shakiness in her voice from the adrenalin, what she was doing was premeditated. I’ll bet money she yelled something at the cops before she turned on the camera. I’ll bet she even received training on how to make this whole thing go down.

  It’s dark and there are multiple people standing on the lawn. That can be very threatening to a police officer who is trying to concentrate on the issue at hand. A normal person would have apologized and moved up into the house. He never told her she cannot film them.

  Then I don’t see the problem. She obviously did a really good job of keeping her private live to herself, which is more than i can say for most teachers. Let her teach.

  People shouldn’t let their little dogs wonder around alone. Hmmm, I have some I have some neighbors that like to let their little dogs wonder into my yard for a potty break – I wonder where I can get some birds of prey? I’ll even build them a nice nest on top of my garage.

  There is always more to the story. If you look closely there is smoke coming off his back tire. If I were to guess he wasn’t paying attention and didn’t see the traffic stopping up in front of him. He brakes his bike hard skiding the back tire, the person behind didn’t see it either and is braking hard as well, you can see it’s nose dive down. For good or bad the bike can stop quicker so the car catches up to the bike. The guy is lucky he didn’t get sandwiched between the two cars.

  The good thing here is that she was able to go through this without being emotionally attached. Talking to her about her experience will be a lot different than talking to a girl that had all the extra hormones at the same time.

  As soon as the guy elbos the other guy you can hear the tazer being deployed. Obviously the guys jacket was too puffy (note to self puffy jackets prevent tazers from working). Your job as a cop is to stay in control of the situation and here we have a man who is willing to be violent and showed it. So the police acted appropriately by using the “humane” tazer. Obviously when that didn’t work the option was to get violent with him. Also the cop told the man to get down but he didn’t respond (bad mistake).
