  What a crock…another Illinois tax on the poor to take care of overpaid government union workers and cronies..Don’t forget the 10 1/2 % sales tax. Oh yeah the governor raised state income tax 2% raised toll roads 87.5 % and now wants another $1.00 tax on cigarettes ..No wonder we have poor folks …fat union wages and early retirements ….government, teamsters , pipefitters, carpenters , laborers, …. all add to the cost of living and keep the lower class dependent on Government
