  OMG People, this has nothing to do with big or small government. This businees owner broke the law PERIOD!!! He is leasing state land thus he CAN NOT do any additions or construction to anything on that land without permission or permits, Period!! Are you allowed to do anything to a house orn apartment without the consent of the owner, Nom. It is the same case here! He does not own the land and he has built and/leased on a ‘owners’ property and it doesn’t matter if it is the state or private. the ‘owner’ has every right-law to shut down or evict you for this violation!!
