  First of all you need to stop getting your legal information from wikipedia.

  Second all of these Laws and Court Decisions your quoting, are all based on the States a ability to Regulate Private Businesses, Health, Safety, and Morals over the Federal Government.
  All of these Laws and Court Decisions like Mugler v. Kansas have been over-turned, in favor that the Federal Government is the Supreme Law of the Land.

  For Example: In the State of Kentucky, they have Dry County’s, No Alcohic Beverage or Liquor can be sold in that County, but it does not stop you as an individual from having a Alcohic Beverage or even Manufacturing Alcohol or Liquor for consumption as long as it has a Federal Tax Stamp………

  Mugler v. Kansas is about state’s legislation prohibiting the manufacture of intoxicating liquor. And the U.S. Supreme Court up held the State of Kansas’s police powers, and the ability to enforce health, safety, and morals.

  Supreme Court of the United States struck down Mugler v. Kansas with the threat of Judicial Procedures Reform Bill of 1937 from President Roosevelt , the Supreme Court ruled that 159 state statutes were unconstitutional under the due process and equal protection clauses including Mugler v. Kansas. President Roosevelt put a great deal of political pressure on the High Court because of the New Deal. Under previous court decisions, President Roosevelt did not have legal or regulatory authority, to force the States into Federal Regulations without the help of the Supreme Court over-turning previous court decisions. Sorry but judicial activism strikes again……….

  I just spent the last two months going on to different liberal progressive web-sites and social media sites talking with these people about politics, religion, history,and the Constitution.

  And let me tell you, the people on these sites don’t have a clue, in fact their ignorant. They believe every thing people like Bill Maher and John Stewart tell them without question. And the beliefs they are learning is intolerance and hate of anyone that believes or thinks differently then what their told.

  Norm Macdonald just happen to mention his personal beliefs in public, and will most likely be destroyed as a result, no matter what back-pedalling he does, after all the liberal progressives will have to make an example out of him…………..

  You have to understand why Governor Scott is doing this, businesses are still closing,and there are no jobs in Florida, we are in a bad way here.

  And what really makes it worse is, working people are comming here from all over the East and Midwest looking for work. And when they come here, they usually get stuck here with no job, no home and no medical care. They use what money they have feeding their kids and trying keep a roof over their heads.
  And I can’t tell you how many familes I’ve seen living in their cars and cheap motels. And the Churchs that help people here, run low on funds all the time helping people with food and housing.

  The Governor sees these people and is moved with compassion, at this point I really don’t know if this is going to make things better or worse………….
