  CORRECT; that’s what “Liberalism” is; a mental illness. The real object of the so called ‘universal background check’ is to establish a national data base of gun owners. At some point in the future, the government will know where the majority of firearms are and who has them……and as Sen. Feinstein has said, “MR & MRS America….”turn them in”…

  An intermediate object is to make individuals ‘jump thru hoops’ to purchase ANY fire arm; “No, the government doesn’t “deny you your second amendment rights, its just next to impossible to exercise them.” The Liberal Progressive agenda is to undermine and destroy the US Constitution.   The question is: Did he (the cop) have more than 7 rounds in his mag?? 7+1 in the pipe is 8; same number of shots fired; did the gun go to ‘slide lock’? IF not, he (the cop) was in violation of the ‘New NY SAFE’ Act.
