Why is it, every time I read a story on the Blaze that is a technology story, or a human interest story, or just basically not a hard hitting news story, someone like Taxeveryone has to post a “slow news day?” comment?
Dude (or Ma’am) there are literally dozens of news stories available from the front page of the site. If this type of story doesn’t interest you, how about… I don’t know…

‘Racist American Tool’: The Left Hurls Insults at Glenn Beck After Falling for Parody Site’s Fake Story

Honestly, the 911 call was so poorly written, only a complete idiot would think it was a real conversation. A police dispatcher, whose job is to get the information as to which emergency service to send where and why, doesn’t inject opinions like “great sauce” into the conversation.
Maybe having worked as a dispatcher for an alarm company and having spoken to hundreds of police dispatchers gives me some extra insight, but I don’t think I would have been fooled by such amateurish writing in any case. We are turning into a nation of highly connected, gullible morons.
Beck Reveals Details Of His Upcoming July 6th Event in Salt Lake City

No link for confirmation?
Anyway, seems to me a group of people that uses, or condones the usage of, phrases like Tea*****r are hardly in a strong position to complain about inconsiderate discourse.

Nice blanket statement. I note you provide no examples. Perhaps your insult would have weight if you could provide some. I await your silence, because you do not have any examples, do you?

Daughter’s Panic as Two Whales Swim Shockingly Close to Her Canoe During Outing With Her Dad
December 2, 2012 at 4:52pm
Well, MISTER NATURAL, it’s kind of funny you should mention the father’s concern for his daughter’s safety trumping his concern over her language… since, at no point in the video did he express concern about either her safety or how frightened she was.
And add hurling unnecessary insults at strangers on the Internet where you are shielded by the vale of anonymity to the list of unfortunate signs of the times.
Daughter’s Panic as Two Whales Swim Shockingly Close to Her Canoe During Outing With Her Dad

I realize she was scared, but that father needs to correct the kid about her language. It kind of distracted me from the amazing whale pictures, because I kept expecting the father to say, “hey, watch your mouth.”
I guess it’s just the times we live in.
Talk Show Host Purposely Lights Magician Guest’s Head on Fire — And It Wasn’t a Magic Trick

A couple of things are wrong with your story.
First, while it is true that Houdini was not prepared to be punched, J. Gordon Whitehead did not punch him in the solar plexus. Whitehead punched him four times in the lower abdomen.
Second, Houdini did not die immediately. He died four days later, of peritonitis, caused by a ruptured appendix. It is suspected, but not confirmed, that Whitehead’s punches to Houdini’s abdomen were the direct cause of the rupture.
