how does an ‘agency’ have the power to establish what people eat and what they don’t eat.
It’s not law – but it is treated as such. They are not accountable to the voting public.
That ‘power’ is reserved by the States and the people according to the Constitution.

There are public schools that now have dress codes, so this isn’t necessarily a Private School
Here in Erie, PA for instance, is one of those public school districts that require specific shirts and pants with a range of color of like 4 colors for shirts and like 2 or 3 colors for pants to be worn…. It’s supposed to “help the poor kids not be intimidated by the rich kids because of their nice expensive clothing” while they’re stuck wearing “poor clothes” – however…those poor kids now have to BUY clothing that they wouldn’t have had to buy taking even more money from them that they didn’t have to begin with. (gotta love liberal logic)

Banning online ammo sales to prevent gun violence is like banning the ordering of Pizza online to prevent obesity.
Exactly....which is why they're doing it. Liberals never give up..unlike the GOP. Liberals are very patient and this is just another step toward gun control. They will be beaten back about online ammo sales but will be given a compromise of a special tax on online ammo sales. (what politician doesn't love a good tax?) That tax will morph into one that makes it too expensive to buy ammo online. If another shooting occurs and they have successfully banned online sales, they will say that the ban didn't go far enough and that ammo transactions should be registered.
They never, ever, ever, give up and will not give up until they have made every attempt to take away our 2nd amendment.
I'm gonna put some pizza in my gun and shoot myself, because that was the dumbest comment yet.
Hey, stop giving them ideas!

In Pennsylvania – you don’t need a license to carry. You only need a license to Conceal.
That may be a slight oversimplification. According to Title 18, in PA no firearm may be carried openly in cities of 1,000,000 or more (Philadelphia is the only such city). No Firearm may be carried in a motor vehicle without a permit. Open carry is permitted only in ones fixed residence or place of business, or in public spaces and in public buildings. Several categories of people are also forbidden to open/concealed carry anywhere in the state: Included are:
People with a character and reputation such that the individual would likely act in a manner dangerous to public safety
Individuals convicted of certain drug or controlled substance crimes, or who are addicted to (or unlawful users of) illegal drugs
People who have been adjudicated as incompetent or who have ever been involuntarily committed to a mental institution
People who have been adjudicated delinquent within the past ten years
Non-U.S. citizens who are in the U.S. illegally
People who have been dishonorably discharged from any branch of the U.S. armed forces
Fugitives from justice
People convicted of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol on three or more separate occasions within a five year period
People convicted of certain domestic violence

It’s his Father – and That’s his son ….it’s irrelevant if other people feel the punishment is ‘just’ or ‘going too far’.
That decision lies with his father, and not with anyone else.
I'd bet anything it started out as a personal squabble about a bill or a tip, maybe some poor service and spiraled into a personal war. This isn't a protest. It's retribution.

Funny – that pastor must not have read Romans 13, or Hebrews 13.
If you’re going to claim to be a Christian minister/pastor – you can’t ignore certain passages because they’re uncomfortable.
Buffet Christianity…pick and choose what to follow

You need only remember ONE number when you think of the Obama Administration
$9 TRILLION (Nine THOUSAND BILLION)
That’s the number he’s added to the debt that the American Taxpayer must pay on top of what it already has been paying.
I wonder if Nancy Pelosi is shedding tears again – after all she didn’t need to be lectured on what wasn’t true….by golly – it happens to be spot on what the PM said. (imagine that)

electricity is not free – I wouldn’t want someone plugging in an extension cord and stealing my electricity – what makes it right that someone does it to a business? side note, I work and still can’t afford a cell phone.
Just because the business is “rich” doesn’t make it right to take without permission.
