You thumbs down people are saying you do not believe in the bill of rights, if talking about some else's rights.

The elimination of regulation can occur via articile 5 amendment process. I see no future congress & president reigning in these agencies. And even if they tried, the courts would reject the will of the people.

I don’t like any mandates to paying people what they are not worth. The market and the person’s own skills and motivation establish their value to the company, not a govt edict. A lot of sallaried people don’t work much when they are at work.
"A lot of sallaried people don’t work much when they are at work."
This isn't a function of the salary mandate though. Why pay them salary if they don't do their job or they don't stay busy? Why not move them to hourly, and send them home when they aren't productive? Why not fire them and hire someone useful?
You can't blame laziness on a details of how a salary works. It's not the salary's fault...
In my experience, too often companies use salary as a way around paying people overtime. First of all, too many people are on salary when they should be hourly. The only reason they're not hourly though is because the business is unaware of what is legally required to set up an employee as salaried and exempt from overtime. They set them up as salaried solely because they view it in their best interest to do so and avoid having to pay overtime. It's unethical, and in some instances, depending on the details, illegal.

I think they should suffer the post-birth abortion process, limb by limb.

Much better than having Rove be the king maker.

Blacks & lib whites would call them president Uncle Tom and Jerry. Blacks’ with be outraged that these “fake blacks” are supposed to heal wounds, and they would become even more radical, and blame repubs for the increase in law enforcement they bring down on their own heads! Liberalism is NEVER APPEASED by what is right.

You are putting race into this picture. Most people on here operate under the assumption that we can trust our police forces 99.9% of the time. Race is brought out as the root of the issue by liberals.

I really like the way you explained yourself!
 July 30, 2015 at 1:47pm
You enumerated the differences yourself. The difference is public accommodation, subtle as it is in this case. One is contract negotiation, the other is not.

With their sacrament in top gear, sacrificing babies for profit, Ovomit makes his statement “God bless Planned Parenthood.” So, the question is, whom is this god?

They are absolutely a business, with certain IRS classifications that differ from other businesses.

It is sinking in that your pathetic statements are not in sarcasm. Wow. Go sit on a cucumber gay boy. You bring back the need for gays to be chased down and beat the hell up.

When you have leftist activist judges, none of your rights are guaranteed.
 July 30, 2015 at 1:27pm
The right to contract a negotiation is fundamental. The right of a gay couple to buy a cake off the shelf is one thing, to contract to produce a custom product, deliver to a private party, and set it up comes under contract, freedom to enter or not. It does not even need a “religious” reason. Does a lawyer take on cases of gay discrimination if he does not want to? No. Same thing.

Let’s see. We need a bad cop shooting story about once every month or two to keep up the narrative that the federal gov needs to take over all communities. Thanks Blaze.

A governor? Really, like Crispy, Bush, Kasich, Perry? Puh-lease!! I’m a conservative, but would not vote for any of them, delivered by the establishment for my dutiful vote for the next regressive repuke. Walker, I could probably get behind, but give me a break. I’d take a CEO right now for sure, over a governor.
