Neutered Congress (actually the Senate) should have known they have that right. See, wait for it, the constitution, article 2 section 2, clause 2. Pretty simple.

Dads sometimes think that way. Too low.

I’m happy to see someone understands it the same as I do. I thought this was gonna be a story on Clarkson, same deal. Ann Wilson had to deal with it, to an even greater degree. Why? Shallow critics.

Grow up, Blaze. ******** (fell lashio, filtered?) is not “disgusting,” however doing such things in public is in poor taste (no pun intended.) Your headlines always remind me of a Jr High school paper.

Spqr1: I had an exwife like you. You did absolutely imply that they were not being slaughtered, and would never be in the future as well. Yet you try to play word games. You’re pretty dam stupid.

You give the left too much credit. No one is stupid enough to do this by accident. It was intentional but I’m sure stupidity was brought up as a defense.

crusty ole granny, his statement of leftism being a religion is entirely valid. Too bad you think everyone is going to use terms you find friendly to your 73 year old grammar laws. There was nothing in his statement that is rebuffed by your diatribe. I’m a true Texas conservative, so can it.

I think it goes further than “religious” beliefs. Maybe I hate guns, and refuse to bake a cake with a gun on it. The left, oddly would TRY to say I should be compelled to make the cake, er, wait, uh-oh, the liberal conundrum surfaces yet again…

What “law?” You think supreme court rulings negating the “laws” as passed in many states have the same definition as “law?” I heard a news story that said that 28 states now “allow” gay marriage. (my quotes.) No, 28 states have been ordered to issue gay marriage licenses. They don’t allow it but are ordered to do it. Huge difference.

I was thinking t-shirt, not cake. I don’t think your typical leftist would make it. They only claim rights for their causes. You have a very limited imagination and inability to see a real case that would come up.
E Warren is even more radical. Where do you see this going? I see a whole lotta pain, and punishing white privilege, while the dems succeed in impoverishing most browns, blaming Bush, white privilege, our constitution, and Christianity, and greedy doctors.

Yes, it pretty much IS whining. But we do show results from time to time, like in budget talks, certain other legislation (such as Cramnesty) that has stalled due to massive influx of calls to the DC switchboards.

His legacy will be gushed over in the most positive terms for the rest of our life-times, in the media, that is, and in the schools and other centers of indoctrination. I would not be surprised if he replaces Jackson on the $20.

Don’t think that soccer can’t be Americanized meaning all dangers mitigated by helmets, wrist & angle guards and pink tights (for the female crowd.)

Let’s rephrase and then answer:If they wanted it to say “God does not approve the gay lifestyle.” What then?
That's an insane hypothetical because no one would ever sensibly order such a cake. However, I think a strong argument could be made that such a request is not harmful or unreasonable so if I were the baker, I'd probably do the cake, just to be safe.

Apparently you didn't read the link in the article citing the 'insane' example of the gay bakery owner who refused to make cakes with specific Bible verses indicating that 'God does not approve of the gay lifestyle'.
Tracey, I stand corrected. However, what the maniac in the link asked for was a bit more toward the harmful end of the spectrum than just saying "God does not approve the gay lifestyle" as he also wanted a picture of two men holding hands with a big X through it. Not totally harmful, but again, slightly closer on the spectrum.
Cantstandlibs, I would imagine leftist t-shirt shops would have a problem with the message but being that it's a relatively benign message, I think you could make a claim for liability if they didn't do the job. I can't say with certainty, though, as that's in the grey area.

kind of curious if you’re Christian, or atheist? Or a person who loves Jesus teachings of self-sacrifice, but no belief in God?
