Drones like you are so easily led. Pity your daughter, she’ll be burning flags and fighting for the wrong causes most of her life until she learns what a dipsh her mom was.

And green cards should be revoked. As Levin described, they are not a permanent non-revokable status. The immigrants doing this should be shipped back and if the home country won’t accept them, put them in a dingy offshore of their country.

Liberalism has been unleashed without any morality to check it, not even in news “reporting.” Now we are into transformation, which can be nothing but bad. In many ways. Property will be destroyed, finances will be destroyed, communities will be in turmoil, all the while HUD will be forcing integration of thugs into quiet neighborhoods with the spreading of the disease of community agitation and upheaval.

Not a whole lot of good landing on Mars, IMO.

You don’t have the right to use someone’s else’s platform to say things they don’t approve. Get your own web site. Then you can test your 1st Am rights.

You’re still stuck on stupid. Bush happened to win by all Florida ballot counts, but despite that, the legal process in Florida awarded Bush the states delegates. Don’t let any facts get in your way, *******.

Surprised Kagan has the decency to recuse. She should have recused herself in the first Obamacare case.

So DOMA was defeated because the fed gov has no jurisdiction over marriage, but now they’ve seized permanent jurisdiction?

That’s (still) up to your state legislature.

With 2000 page bills becoming law under cover of darkness, who knows what cr@p gets through making us criminals?

You got that right!! They will be both complainant and jury on their own case (conflict of interest)

It is exactly what most people expected who knew anything about it. And getting worse. Wait for the 150+ new agencies to get spun up. That’ll really reduce costs /sarc

And what about 2 cars in line in the driveway, one blocking the other’s plate.

I tend to agree. Even though that makes 99.99% of the bible irrelevant.
Not really. If you disagree with the other 99.99% or less you can use it to ask yourself why or use it to understand examples of law derived from those two rules. If it doesn't make sense then perhaps you need to change your perspective.
I don't think the Bill of Rights violates those two principles. I think other laws may or could be such as abortion laws. As an example, instead of creating laws that may make it easier to govern, they made those so that the people had protections in the case of the Bill of RIghts.

We can possibly limit the scotus terms via article V convention. Also congress ))

Morons like you should be required to pass a constitutional test before being allowed to vote.
I wouldn’t risk giving this fool a test – he’d probably cheat to pass. What else could possibly be available to this lack of mentality?
He should have to take a test before being allowed to breathe.
June 25, 2015 at 2:05pm
Not only that. Think of the precedent that words in laws don’t mean what they say, even when they were explained why they were added. This is going to leverage many violently bad decisions. Up is down and down is up. Zero equals one, and with that “fact” alone you can prove anything.

The states created the federal govt. The 10th protects their rights, it does not grant those rights.
