  The proper action Delta SHOULD take is to immediately fire those flight attendants who mistreated this poor man. It would set an example for all their flight attendants and, with so many people out of work, I know there are experienced flight attendants with great social skills who have been laid off and would be grateful for the opportunity to fill those positions. Disrespect shown to ANY passenger should be grounds for immediate dismissal with revision made to their employment policies to indicate same. Let’s get real here, Delta. YOU are a service provider for paying customers. Upset your passengers and you lose!

  There are, indeed, some good cops out there. I read nothing more into this than an act of kindness on the officer’s part. You must really be a negative and pessimistic person to offer your own assumptions and cheap criticism otherwise. Get a grip, will ya….and take something nice at face value for a change.

  Like so many, Jamie Foxx is an ignorant racist idiot! More and more celebrities have lost me in their viewing audiences and won’t get another nickel of my money for entertainment. Tom Hanks was my favorite of all, but he’s dead to me as an actor now. I am SO not alone in this and I hope the box offices reflect our disapproval. I’ve clicked the “unlike” button quite a few times now since the 2008 election.

  The burglar was very lucky indeed that he didn’t get shot and maybe he will or maybe he won’t attempt another burglary after his release (hopefully not). This homeowner was able to take control of the situation and probably didn’t want a bloody mess inside his home. I believe in protecting ourselves and pulling a gun in self defense against an intruder. If I killed one in my own home – altho’ justified – there would always be some guilt attached over taking someone’s life that I’d have to live with the rest of MY life, but something I’d just have to deal with if it meant saving the life of myself and family. God does forgive!

  Oh! Like having the actual abortion is NOT intrusive? Oh wait, I get it. “If she can’t see it, it ain’t there.” Right, Joy? Woman, you’re missing the whole idea of the ultrasound! It’s not to invade the most personal private part of a woman just for the hell of it. It’s to make her realize this is a living being growing inside her and provide opportunity to think twice before taking its life. There ARE other options such as adoption by a childless couple after birth. BTW, how can such a sour puss be named Joy?
