  The 97th Congress did a Congressional Report to see if and how they could get around the Second Amendment. They couldn’t and in this report the Second Amendment trumps the 10 and 14th Amendment and the Treaties from the United Nations. There is NO WAY our Government can take away our Second Amendment Rights. Biden, Hatch, Kennedy, Grassley, Leahy, Dole and many other BIG NAMES were involve. This Report I got is from the Library of Congress. Maybe a few Lawyers and Congressman need to read it also including BIDEN. It seems he forgot it…….

  Here is worthwhile reading. This was written by Brian Puckett. Part of what he said…It does not matter if the state demands that one simply tap one’s nose five times in succession in order to be able to keep and bear a particular gun. This would still be a state-mandated prior requirement. Compliance would indicate tacit denial of the validity of the Second Amendment, and denial of the right it protects. Compliance would encompass an implicit acceptance of the right as a mere privilege, which is directly contrary to both the letter and spirit of the Second Amendment.

  Since President Obama decided this is what he has to do to protect Americans and Congress says it is right and forcing Americans to do this I believe to convince America he must lead by example. I think everyone should demand that the PRESIDENT AND ALL OF CONGRESS parade all there wifes, children including grandchildren in front of the LIBERAL TELEVISION CAMERAS and let their wives and children be groped and viewed for all the world to see. President Obama should lead with his 2 young daughters and followed by his wife the First Lady. Then President and Congress can be with the rest of America in paying for the traumatic and psychological damages brought on by our Homeland Security. Now Obamacare can be put in use to the fullest extent and our whole nation can be using high powered antidepressants. So our damaged Nation can feel like everything is alright. Then we will have an excuse for the Government to take control us and give us everything. What a way to ruin the next GENERATION and the GREATEST NATION the world has ever known. And…… While this is happening our boarder to the south is left open for any and all to enter without question. Airplanes are not necessary for the destruction of American! Our Government supposedly is doing the intense body searches and profiling Muslims to exclude to protect Americans. The only way to completely protect Americans would to place us in a cell and lock us up as the prisoners we are becoming. Which is worse to modify the CIVIL RIGHTS LAWS of all Americans or modify the ridiculous profiling laws which prevent their checking the people most likely to be a danger!
