Bush tried this when Congress was looking into the firing of a handful of atourneys back in 06 and a US district judge wrote their is no support in case history, and that Congress can compel white house aides to testify

you have it wrong mr Beck. These kids are members of la raza, ms 13, they are infected with all manner of ancient disease that have been cured for more than a century. We have more starving homeless American born children in our own streets than are sitting in these processing centers. Why aren’t you shipping your meals, soccer balls, and teddy bears to our own? You are exactly playing politics, if it were all about the children you would be using these funds for the kids in America who have nothing. You are a former addict (like myself) so surely you recognize enabling behavior when you see it, and more importantly when you engage in it

marriage is specifically defined in the bible as between one man and one woman. Every thing else is defined as adultery. While Christ washed us of our sins if we follow him, the way to follow him is to repent from our sins. This is spelled out in the bible very clearly. Proclaiming that you will enter into a life long contract of adultery is not showing a repentant heart and is not following Christ. I do not speak out against gay marriage because it destroys my faith, I do it because I care about the souls of all my brothers and sisters on this planet and want to meet them in his kingdom

She is hot but she still has the liberal mind set. Using her body and what ever is controversial to shock audiences. Every time she pranced around with large rifles she just stirs the pot. No better than rednecks walking into Starbucks with ar 15s. And don’t get me wrong. I have lived in small towns my whole life and own several guns. I’m just saying stop making the rest of us look like attention wh@rs

It’s funny that this is being reported like it it news. The whole reason this type of health insurance reform has been shot down for decades and the reason conservatives have relied against it for just as long is because we have always known it would lead to restrictive pricing, millions without coverage, and a shortage of care and health care workers. I guess what I am trying to say is holey we already knew that captain obvious you just might be right

    Thats what I’m sayin’ :D

wow moderate is so intellectual. If you are implying that Einstein was not gifted then I assume you have a better working knowledge of physics and mathematics than him right? You probably figured out relativity long before you learned of his works right?

dont worry zap. You didnt silence me with your superior intellect, I had to go to work. There is not one adult in this country that has no need of ID. It is your legal responsibility to have it. If people in this country want to participate in the voting process they must prove that they are eligible. There are many activities in this country that require that. Driving, working, purchasing a gun, going to the bar etc, etc, by your logic all those things disenfranchise the elderly and minorities. I guess we should just let those people drive without a license, or if they want to buy a firearm we should just take their word for it when they say they are clear to own them right? That is beside the point. You have offered no proof that what you say is accurate. Saying something over and over again does not make it true

I agree there should be more control over campaign contributions. The purple thumb garbage has nothing to do with us, that was for Iraq elections. As far as republicans pushing ID laws…. It is absolute garbage to try to push the story that republicans are trying to silence the voice of minorities and elderly (about as truthful as saying Obama was born in Kenya or Bush ordered the hit on the twin towers). Republicans don’t want to stop voters. In a country where we sometimes have less than a 50% turn out they want more people voting (legal voters only please). Obama beat Romney with less votes McCain lost with for crying out loud

WBC is a farce. They are an anti christian group trying to give negative publicity to christians by pretending to members of said community so people can point and say “see christians are racist homophobes

As a Christian he is called to speak the truth in love. If he is afraid of an issue because the world does not like it then is teaching a worldly view. I like gay people just as much as I like straight people. I have friends who used a lot of drugs in their youth. I have friends who drink way more than they should. I play to many video games (sometimes I skip church to stay home and play). We all have our issues and weather its jay walking (God commands us to obey the law of the land) or murder it is sin. In Gods eyes all sin is the same. If you are not teaching that as a pastor then you are cheating the people who turn to you for spiritual guidance out of the true word of God.

Sorry Nilsson but when asked what the most important commandment of God was by the pharisees He told them not one thing but two. Love your neighbor as your self and love God. In Christs own words if you are to take any thing from the bible and ignore all else it is to love god and love your fellow man. No hippie dippy slant there, just the truth. If God hated sinners so much then why did he break his own covenant and send his son to pay for our sin with his own blood? Because he knew we would never stop sinning and he still wanted us to have a path to him anyways. While on earth Jesus spent his time not with the holy but with the sinners. Nothing in scripture teaches us to hate or judge. That is Gods job alone

There is a big difference between attending an EPA hearing and deciding how our country is governed. It is restrictive to require ID for voting. That is the point. I don’t want people from other countries able to come to ours and vote in laws that would weaken our security within our sovereign borders while making it easier for them to pillage us of our resources wealth.and freedom. There is no double standard here. There should be ID required for voting. In todays age there should probably be ID required to enter a federal building. What “those on the right” are commenting about is the fact that this administration and the left in general think it is more of a priority to weed out naredowells from an EPA hearing than from the decision making process by witch we are governed

    *GASP*…but thats racist

  • [1] June 1, 2014 at 12:08pm

God allows all to benefit those who love him. What that means is nothing is outside the power of God. But he lets life happen to all of us equally. He promised us he would no longer reveal himself to us. If God were to stop tragedies with his own hand then we would no longer follow him on faith. We would see him and most likely fear him. He doesn’t want our worship out of fear but rather out of faith and love. So to answer your question this tragedy is the doings of neither. This is just life happening.

How? The insinuation is a little crass, but it was delivered very tastefully. And it is accurate. I agree with several of the other comments. It is a very good idea to remind young men what lies in wait for them if they follow a life of crime

This is child abuse. What does a five year old know? When I was five my parents tell me I knew I was a dog. I would crawl around on all fours and they would catch me eating out of the dog dish. Thankfully instead of getting me a flea collar and a chew bone they just whooped my but till I stopped eating out of the dog dish. When my son was five he knew that if he practiced long enough he could fly. It is a parents job to guide children and tell them how the world is, not the other way around

She is a liar, lets not call her names that don’t fit though. It makes us look like we cant stand on the facts. She couldnt even make her non answers sound truthful. I have noticed over the last six years that leftists in power don’t even try to be convincing liars any more. They spew their lies as though they don’t care if anyone even believes them any more

I am both an avid reader and am avid gamer. Game story lines are junk compared to just middle of the road fiction books. Most popular video games are either shooters or deal with fighting dark forces. As I grow older I find myself playing less video games because after I sit down for an hour or two I feel tense or just in an all around dark mood. I am not saying games are the cause of all evil (I still do play after all) but they don’t help an already desensitized and dehumanize youth. And they take away the idea that we should always turn to god first. How many kids sit down and read their bible for six hours on a saturday? Because they will easily spend more time than that starring at a smart phone or holding a play station remote any given weekend day so don’t tell me they can’t stay focused on one thing for that long
