  Let’s get one thing corrected and straight: Tamerlan Tsarnaev was killed WHEN HE WAS RUN OVER BY HIS TERRORIST BROTHER last week DURING a shootout with police.

  Furious American: UNTRUE – if that were the case, when bllod was drawn (which it is done in a vacuum) it would be blue in the vial not red. Here’s what Biology Online has to say:

There exists a popular misconception that deoxygenated blood is blue and that blood only becomes red when it comes into contact with oxygen. Blood is never blue, but veins appear blue because light is diffused by skin. Moreover, the blood inside is dark red and exhibits poor light reflection. From a physiological perspective, veins and arteries appear similar when skin is removed and are seen directly.”

  No need to fire the teacher – any parent with a student in her class should demand their child be taken out and not taught by her due to HER bullying and her lack of knowledge to teach anyone!. If they want to pay her for twiddling her thumbs, so be it – at least she won’t be able to corrupt anyone else!

  SPARKY101 – You hit the nail on the head! That is exactly what has happened! They think because they have that little piece of paper from the college they DESERVE a job that pays equal to what they have shelled out to go to school (makes you wonder what their GPA is!) They totally EXPECT to enter a company in an upper upper upper management position (if not the CEO!). The term “working your way up the ladder” is a non-existent strategy to these idiots!
