    The old me would be like this fighter, knock him sensless. The new me would look to how God, through Jesus Christ who granted me mercy and grace and commanded me to love them as he loved me. Now when I ponder that commandment I then realize I am that internet bully and instead of receiving the beat down of God’s judgement, I, instead received his grace and forgiveness despite my own sins through Jesus Christ. Puts everything in a whole different perspective when we see God’s love for us despite our behavior.

    It’s surreal that folks like you walk around in life oblivious to those who have given so much so that you can run around and act like a fool. You don’t even have an inkling that the freedoms you exercise daily are because of people like Kyle who gave so much to their country. I am ashamed to know or hear of folks like you who have so much disrespect for all of us who have given so much, many their lives. Not sure how one like yourself becomes so selfish in our society today. I have tried to understand how free folks seem so willing to give up their freedoms so easily. You would think that with freedoms comes a greater desire fo rmore freedoms but that is not how it goes. I will say a prayer for you tonite sir. this man was willing to lay down his life for you, despite never knowing you. There is another who has laid down his life for you and he created you. Hope you can find peace in him who died on your behalf.

    I am 13 years older then my wife and married now almost 20 years. We recently accepted Christ as our saviour 3 years ago and despite these three so called test, it is our faith that preserves our marriage. My walk with our Lord Jesus Christ sustains us everyday and without him, I would be hopelessly lost. We have a great church, wonderful friends but it is our walk with Christ that gets us through each day. He is our focal point, our crutch, our God.

    “The most extreme elements of the Republican party…”!? Mr. Bolling, that would be you and the progressive Rep party who has successfully taken over the party? If standing on the principals of the Constitution and the founders is extreme to you then you have moved. I would suggest you no longer consider yourself a viable candidate for the future of Virgina, best to go somewhere else where your progressive views would be welcomed. I did not sacrifice a third of my life so we can become more marxist/communist/socialist. Stick to the Constitution!!

    @Draugr
    Whinning makes you look so insignificant. That is the people’s city where our representatives hide out at. Therefore when they act as if we no longer matter you might as well expect us marching on the city. It was built with my tax dollars so you chose to live there and must deal with those of us who go to exercise our Constitutional rights. Want peace, ironic you whine about noise living in a city, move to the country.

    I am not sure why pointing out that liberals too have been affected is suppose to lessen the affect the IRS had in violating our civil rights. The point is they broke the law and had a chillng affect on free speech and or right to petition our government. Hey libs, I don’t think you want the IRS with this sort of power to be abused by a Rep who is in office. They point is simple, they trampled allover the constitution and abused their authority. An agency with ENORMOUS power to confiscate your home and garnish you wages and little to nothing you can do about it. These people need to be prosecuted and sent to jail. End of story.

    Let me inform everyone not in the state of Virginia that despite this arse of a representative he does not reflect the laws of this state. Ever anti-gun legislation proposed in Va was rebuffed, not one anti-gun bill passed during the last session. We are an open carry state with an excellent gun advocacy group, VCDL that has an excellent record of passing pro-gun laws in Virginia. We have made tremendous strides in advancing laws that favor the law abiding citizens. Yes, Northern Va has fallen into the pit called DC but they do not have sufficient forces to overturn our pro-gun legislation, thank God. The one legislator who attempted to pass laws was also rebuffed on the floor for pulling out, I believe an AK-47 and having his finger on the trigger. He was asked to remove his finger from the trigger which showed his ignorance about properly handling firearms. This state is a pro gun state.

    Funny, they never said that about Watergate. I wonder, do these reporters EVER think about the victims who simply want to know what happened or is this simply about them?

    Did anyone noticed what appeared to be a uniform member of the Black Panthers in the march and inside the store?

    People like her need our prayer. The world is a powerful force and can not be toyed with as it will pull you in. I feel for her and yet I know that God loves her and will accept her with open arms when she sees the error of her ways. She needs our love and prayers. I look at my past and shudder at the things I did but I understand I am a sinner who has been redeemed by Jesus Christ and am still an incomplete project.

    Funny, the part about the tough love I found very interesting. I am a retired submariner and I saw the same mentality while underway. We all picked on each other trying to find each other’s weak spot and then zeroing in on it. It was like blood in the water the moment we found one and everyone jump on it. The more sensitive members were almost always the weakest when it came to dependability and the moment they would walk into the shack everyone would change how they talked around him.

    Not much to say here, a child being molested is every dad’s worst nightmare. They will live with this nightmare for the rest of their lives.

    @ libsalwayslie Really!! Amazing that you would show your own level of immaturity while attacking others.

    @Third Archon In your haste and folly you obviously are ignorant of God’s love for all of mankind. He hates sin but loves man. Sin destroys and he only seeks what is best for us. He no more loves the sin of homosexuality then say, murder, lying, adultry… But his love for mankind can never be questioned. Our Creator came in the flesh, was mocked, spat on, ridiculed and ultimately crucified. This God who bored our sins could have, in a blink of an eye utterly destroyed man for their arrogance. Instead he redeemed you through his death so that you could come before Him. Now I am having a real hard time seeing this hateful God you seem so occupied with. Tell me, what other religion advocates our God coming in the flesh and dying so he may redeem us? how can this possibly be a hateful God?

    Retired US Navy Submariner here, I have mixed feelings about this but I am going to put my trust in the Navy Seals Commanders who ultimately had to sign on for this. I don’t think any of this would have been possible without their approval. In all honesty they derserve any accolades and recognition but I suspect that many in the Seals do not like having their secrecy exposed to any degree. I know we in the sub community felt similarly when the sub community started to receive attention. We took pride in the Silent Service motto. Regarding good military movies, K129 was an excellent movie of an actual incident off our coast during my service. I can vouch for it.

    To all of you thinking this was excessive force, get a life. Fear for life means precisely that and was justified based on this video. I watched this video and even walked it through slowly and even when the 2nd officer drew his weapon and fired the man was still up and moving. It is not their fault this man is dead, it is the fault of the criminal who would not heed warnings, who resisted the taser (that would cause all sorts of alarms with the police) and then went in the direction of the officer with his weapon. At that point, all bets are off. It is absurd to think that a bullet or two was all that was needed, the man resisted the effects of a taser! I pray I am never in a similar situation but if I am I intend to ensure that the threat is completely neutralized.

    As a 20 year retired submariner the photo that is used is not of the Iranian made Ghadir submarine. That is a photo of a Russian made Kilo submarine. Google the two submarines and you will notice a difference. Having said this I believe they purchased a few of the Kilos from the Russian Navy. Their bark is probably larger then their bite but it only takes a lucky shot. Having said that it probably would take more then one shot to sink a carrier. Diesel boats are most effective in straights and near choke points. As a Sonar Tech their submarine program is only as good as their sound silencing program and their training. I suspect both are lacking and are no where near ours.

    Well, to liberals this is weird, showing grief for a lost child. A better scenario for liberals would have been to toss their child in a dumpster? The problem is, what do you expect from people who do not respect life? To show emotion over an infant dying is unnatural to them.
