  A crime of this magnitude raises the procedures and crime prevention levels of a police department’s lawful response and prevention methods. 300 hundred perpetrators equals a riot and mass looting. Private property is being overtly destroyed in large numbers. Suspicion of violence against innocent bystanders is reasonable if any customer or worker stands their own ground in fear of overwhelming odds on the criminal side. Probable cause of criminal and irrational response to any authority is present. Possible weapons possession or likely use of objects in the environment to do harm as means of escape is reasonable.
  Any citizen on the scene has the right to defend themselves and would be reasonable to act out in fear to jointly stop this Private Property crime, rioting and looting, civil disorder, and threat to the city. These perps should also be found to have committed an hate crime.
  Police and City response should have included all able-bodied armed law officials to surround the premises and sweep the building of criminals, capturing those that flee the scene with the warning of being shot. This type of disorder and mass crime in no way can be handled by fear of PC PR public opinion. Strict law adherence and consistent enforcement leads to a standard that respectful children and young adults know to be a line of the law not to cross.

  When I listen to a militant activist of differing orientation delving deeply with ad hominem form as a vehicle of attacking other Americans’ Faiths, as a victim lashing out against his bullies that he sees everywhere in his own justified paranoiac fashion, I find myself wondering and bemusing a great many past experiences and humorous questions I may put forth as treatment for his Aggression Therapy through the incitement of teens at a High School “Bund Rally”.
  When did the proclamation of Victim status act as precursor disclaimer for the attacks carried out against peaceful/trusting/unsuspecting hormonally confused teenagers become the fad of choice by those who preach a desire to heal and bind up the perceived old wounds of America? When did Bullying scams become the raging machinations of partisan driven agendas for the promotion and propagation of a targeted postulated irrational argument lacking critical analyses not respective of sound reason and the spirited intent needed to solve any problems remotely same/similar/analogous of the origin and true meaning of the point that the rest of America is to be worn down to concede? Why so verbose/shrill/violent in nature as to foment a crisis that does not exist? How does that compute, again please?   When were these ever-increasing rights implemented by the oligarchic Congress, and Dictated by Presidential Fiat to receive their challenge of Constitutional Muster by the Opinion, not rulings, of the Supreme Court? In truth, never. In the absence of the States being respected for the People’s ultimate power to amend the Constitution or challenge or nullify unconstitutional laws, is it not strange that in all this time, the Supreme Court has not performed their full lawful duty of Judicial Review of all questioned laws or to have opined that these so-called rights are the purview of the States. Yes, lest we forget the implied clauses created to increase the largesse of the monstrosity of Administrative Regulatory bureaus at the “Federal Level” that nationalize everything to the chagrin of the dead Demigogues of those ash heaps past.

If all I say is untrue or even the spirit and letter only in parts, then where is the concern for the rule of law and its enforcement for the advancement of all concurrently, while not disrespecting anyone selected Class or Individual, nor at the expense of the many for the few or the few for the many? I hear no arguments to expand the Bully Scam to save all, but merely promoting the certainty of a small “Class” at War with it’s Native Home.
