  After the recordings in 2011-2012,
  the same people will be recorded again a few years later and since there WILL be some change in accent / mannerism of speech,
  the Univ will apply and get a huge grant to study this phenom.
  Also, since the accents of ESLs will definitely change over a period of 2-6 years, they will blame USA and Bush for taking away the ‘ethnic pride’ of foreigners.
