TheBlaze has been just as irresponsible with their tainted spin and quick to jump on the anti-police headlines. TheBlaze needs to look at itself in the mirror when talking spin.

Using the police to ‘teach’ a lesson is not appropriate. We talk how we are turning into a police state, but when we need something that isn’t a crime dealt with, we end up calling the police. You report your truck stolen, you get the appropriate police response. The police are going to try and pull the truck over and treat the driver as an offender. If that offender attempts to use his truck as a weapon, he will be treated appropriately. Sorry guys, the police were right on this one. Horrible outcome, but don’t call the police for parenting issues.

Crime isn’t down, just reported crime. A lack of police response to calls, partially due to a lack of police, results in a population not relying on police or waiting for police to report the incident. The crime is still occurring, and probably going up, but the police are not around to take the report or to on view the crime to report it.

Do you really want the State raising your child? This is just a way to minimize the family and allow the State to indoctrinate children even further. This is a horrible idea. But what do you expect from liberals. More State involvement. Sickening.

This is such a non story. I believe the mayor and police chief are overreacting. If the victim of the vandalism was happy with the police service then that is all that matters. The teens are just lucky that they didn’t get arrested, have to hire an attorney and go through the juvenile legal system. A few push ups and a funny story to tell people when they get older. And the guy that took the video should be ashamed of himself for trying to make an issue of this situation. I am certain that if it was a serious crime, the juveniles would have been arrested prosecuted appropriately.

Careful, Obama is already trying to ban gas. And, if the progressives of the past get their way, prohibition could make a return. Thereby banning the beer bottles. Damn.

In the video, after the taser beating, the cop could be heard, in distressed tone to a responding officer, ‘help us.’ I highly doubt that his thought behind it was ‘help us beat him to death,’ but ‘help us control and cuff him.’ It is obvious that the guy in the video was resisting and brought the result upon himself. Sad ending, but I do believe the cops acted in compliance with law and within the realms of protecting themselves.
