As a constitutional conservative I am sure I will be at odds with a Trump presidency at some point in time. Hillary on the other hand is assured destruction of everything I hold dear. This conservative will be voting for Trump. The alternative is just not acceptable.

Planned Parenthood is a private organization and in my opinion should not be receiving funding from the Federal Government at all. Yet, every year they are funded by Congress. They are the Holy Grail of the Left. Sad to see this misappropriation of funds so entrenched in our political system.

Cruz is exactly right. I am not a fan of Trump, but Hillary is a criminal and should not be in the White House. So, my vote is for Trump which is a vote against Hillary.

  • September 26, 2016 at 10:39am

Exactly. I am voting for Trump and that vote is only a vote against Hillary.

He stood up in front of Congress alone with no support. I don’t call that gutless.

I am a Never Hillary constitutional conservative. I will do anything to keep her from the White House. By voting for Trump, I am voting against Hillary.

You are not very discerning in your assessment of Rush’s 25 years…..

  • [13] September 16, 2016 at 11:46am

Exactly, and I have lost all respect for Limbaugh for that very reason.

This is what I was afraid of with Trump and his supporters. Trump floats a liberal policy like mandated maternity leave and Trump supporters think it’s great because he proposed it never questioning the fact that things like this should stay out of the realm of a government entitlement and remain an option of the employer to give to their employees as a benefit. Whatever happened to principles. Are we all liberals now?

Just because Walsh writes an article opining on Kaepernick’s entitled attitude doesn’t mean he’s racist. Rather, he speaks the truth.

Your comment is unfounded and illogical.

Pope John Paul II would have never said something like that. I think Pope Francis has liberal tendencies which means he often doesn’t make sense. I do however like his conviction toward living a life of mercy. That has been his passion and direction during his papacy. I am not as merciful as he is toward ISIS, but I think the Pope means well.

Trump maligned his whole family. Cruz was in an untenable position. If he didn’t speak at the convention he would have been criticized. If he spoke and didn’t endorse he would be criticized. If he did endorse he would lose his honor. Trump has never apologized to Cruz. Cruz did congratulate Trump and he did say he hoped he would win in November.

The efforts for a rules change had nothing to do with Trump. It was an attempt to change the way the primaries were to be run in the future. Lee and Cucinelli had no desire to unseat Trump and Cruz has no desire to be the 2016 nominee. That is water under the bridge. But the media wants to push the narrative that the never Trumpers want Trump gone. Misinformation is everywhere.

  • July 19, 2016 at 8:56am

You are not making sense. Mike Lee is a true conservative and you want to vote him out???!!! Mike Lee is not a never Trump guy and this effort to pass the rule changes had nothing to do with Trump.

  • [2] July 18, 2016 at 10:15pm

Marcus Lutrell is a great warrior and patriot, but Mike Lee is THE most conservative member of the Senate, bar none. He was fighting for greater power for the grass roots delegates and less for the establishment. Priebus convinced Trump that he was being threatened. That was not the case. Lee only wanted the shinanigans that played out in the primaries changed and also the primaries no longer open to democrats.

Really? Mike Lee is the most conservative senator in the Senate. He was pushing for a rule change that would allow only closed primaries so that democrats couldn’t pull a reverse Rush Limbaugh “operation chaos” during the primaries.

You are being played the fool. This was not to replace Trump, but to get rid of the establishment rules that Trump didn’t like in the primary process. Please people, do your homework. The establishment wants you to believe that this was an effort to overthrow Trump and you all are buying into the reporting and headlines.

  • [4] July 18, 2016 at 8:46pm

You’re exactly right, but everyone is reporting this as a Never Trump attempt to overthrow Trump. It was not that at all, but no one but Levin is reporting what happened properly. Sad.

    She’s certainly not a conservative.
