  This is more a test for Congress than a limit on this President. He doesn’t let the law keep him from doing what he wants to do. It will be interesting to note how the voting goes. Still ashamed of Senators Graham (from my state) and McCain (who got my vote in 2008) for their reaction to Senator Rand Paul’s courageous stand.

  If one believes that God plays a role in choosing a Pope, then for this Pope to walk away feels like he is putting his will before the will of God. Throughout the Bible, many of those who God chose to lead His people felt unworthy or “not up to the task”, but they carried out the mission God gave them anyway. They walked in faith. As a Catholic, I am sad that this Pope does not chose to do this. I admire his predecessor, whose suffering in his later years was so obvious and intense, but who believed that God had placed him there, and God would remove him at the proper time.

  The Go Daddy commercial made me gag. Sorry. Just not what I needed to see. The Paul Harvey ad, and the Oprah one, were great. Tide was fun. Clydesdale ads are always Budweisers best offerings. I think I will always remember their Clydesdale 9/11 tribute ad.

  John Paul, Paula’s long as I have control of a channel changer, I will use it. When it is on every channel, I will use the power switch. When that, too, has been removed, I will close my eyes and pray. I refuse to ” absorb”.

  The channel was changed where I was also. Little puppies on a football field was decidedly better viewing than another propaganda appearance by our Dear Leader. In fact, whenever political agenda was detected in the pregame shows, it was back to the puppies. Can’t Super Bowl Sunday just be about FOOTBALL?

  A total distraction from the fact that the leftist hero, Mr. “Several MILLION Degrees” Gore, has turned out to be the fraud who has been successfully separating the “Man-made climate change” fools from THEIR money.
