  Well, you can be an atheist based on faith. There is no law against that. Actually, given the majority of Americans that believe in God based in faith, I guess that same majority MUST accept that faith is a way to believe in things. So, I’m a faith based atheist, period. :)

  My faith is simple: God doesn’t exist and there is no hell nor heaven. Only thing that matters is this life and the people that surrounds you. I must live a happy life and I must follow ethics, hence, it is my duty to speak when I see people saying wrong things, because being wrong makes them unhappy.

  As for facts, Jesus is a legendary figure, as Buddha, Moses and the rest. God is a guy that lives in heaven BUT always needs money. Religion is the opium of the people, as this pity piece of church, Westboro Baptist shows, amply. God distracts you from life, religion makes you think in an inexistent afterlife and makes you an angry, guilty, obedient person. Capitalism is a sin, no matter if you’re religious or not. Even if you only read the Bible (sigh) you could understand that. Being angry because people is stupid, either atheist or religious is a way of being unhappy.

  Now, for all the people offended by atheists: being atheist is not the same as being anti-religious, so merry Christmas to you all. Enjoy life, with or without God and watch the plank in your eye, not the speck in your neighbor’s. Say what you have to say: a nice start is to say it without insulting anybody or calling them morons
