That’s sad jb.
These groups are about removing all religion. It has to start with removing all symbols and when that’s done, it’s the churches next. It’ll take another 50 years or so, but it will happen.
As the society becomes more secular and the people more compliant, that’s when the churches will fall.

Oh good grief! I read the headline of this article and can’t bring myself to read the story. Sorry for commenting on something I haven’t read, but I just can’t read this stuff anymore.
And I just felt like I had to vent a bit..

My sentiments exactly! It’s a darned shame. :c(

I’m sorry MrOld…I misinterpreted your comment, thinking you were talking about the physical act of typing. I have such a hard time with the slowness and constant freezing of my ‘puter when I’m on this site, I automatically thought that’s what you meant. Thus my first comment below. Just ignore it.
Ha! You got me laffing. Ha! Hey...here's the fix for that... In Firefox Addons (Assuming you are using Firefox) grab NoScript. It will show you the impressive list of stuff you don't want. Ignore that stuff. There are only two things on there you need worry with...
All you gotta do is when you're on a site is tell it to either Allow or Temporarily Allow All of the site. It will do the rest. It will remember your choice. Let me know how you love it. It's free.

Sorry MrOld, I misinterpreted your comment! I know what you mean now…

Oh, and bowen, I’m not a Cruztard. He’s out of the race.
[-2] May 24, 2016 at 10:33am
@bowen– I typed it just as the article stated Trump said it.
If it’s not what Trump said, then it’s the Blazes’ fault, not mine.

Where does the Blaze get its stories? The reason I ask is that this report has no reporter who is questioning this attorney on her statements? Why not?
 May 24, 2016 at 10:17am
This attorney, Rebecca Markert said: The constitution requires no religious symbols be on public property.
I got out my copy of the Constitution and I can’t find this statement anywhere in it. Hmmm…..go figure.
Anyone, if I’m wrong, please let me know where Ms. Markert’s statement is located. Thank you.
Otherwise, I contend this Freedom From Religion Foundation is made up of demons and their CEO is Satan. It only makes sense.

Trump: ” I don’t know enough to discuss…” Obama: “I don’t know all the facts…”
Trump: “Suicide of Clinton aide ‘very fishy’” Obama: “The police acted stupidly”
….I don’t get a good feeling about Trump; he sounds vaguely familiar…
That's not what Trump said, but I can't expect Cruztards to be honest.

As am I.

Hey!! Did you all hear about the massive earthquake in Florida?? It’s epicenter is at Disneyland.
Oh wait…no, that’s Walt Disney rolling over in his grave.

Blink, I should clarify my statement above..I don’t condone ANY violence or verbal abuse against gays. When I talk about attitudes in reference to gay people, I just mean that I believe the act is immoral, but I am to love the person. :c)
 May 23, 2016 at 8:23pm
Bear–excellant post and 1,000 thumbs up!
Sorry blink, but you said ‘attitudes against gay people are immoral.’ No, they are not. And I answer to my God for that attitude. I don’t answer to you. I’m not trying to be mean, just realistic. I’m sorry if you take offense.
May 23, 2016 at 8:18pm
Holy crap!! Ronin, is this for real?? What is the PhilFam Committee? As I was reading your post, it reminds me, seriously, of the Bible story of Sodom and Gomorrah!
 May 23, 2016 at 7:58pm
Minority, you are correct! Most students don’t realize that they have every right to pray in school. They can wear clothing with religious symbols or sayings on them. But because of the fear of lawsuits, the schools crack down on any display of religion and thus people don’t event realize their rights.
 May 23, 2016 at 7:53pm
Verycobalt says: “A PUBLIC school is not a street corner. My tax payer funds DO NOT support displays of any one faith.”
This isn’t quite the same thing, but I don’t like my tax $$ going towards murderous abortion procedures.
Though admittedly I can’t come up with any examples, though I’m sure if anyone wants to google it, you could find stories about public school teachers who are teaching their charges about the muslim faith. I’ve read where a teacher was having her students pray like muslims and visiting mosques. Those types of stories have been all over the Blaze. No one can deny that this country was founded by Christians (and I’m not talking about the Native Americans here) and most of the people who came here in the beginning were of Christian faith. Thus, the institutions throughout the history of this country have been based off of Christianity. Schools are no exception.
 May 23, 2016 at 7:38pm
Verycobalt, I’ve been to a Jewish synagogue and have bowed my head while they said prayers. If I would ever be in the presence of a muslim woman (more than likely it would be a woman and not a man) and a prayer was offered up, by said muslim woman, I would bow my head and say a silent prayer to MY God; not hers. No offense would be taken.
As you commented, if there were kids there of other faiths, I would think they would say their own silent prayer during the prayer offered out loud. No harm is done.
Why is that so hard for anyone to understand?
