  This is no joke. That is the name of it. “The Dick Act of 1902.” Is this administration in for a nasty surprise if they try to do a gun grab. According to the act, all gun control laws are null and void? Illegal?

  The Dick Act of 1902 also known as the Efficiency of Militia Bill H.R.
  11654, of June 28, 1902 invalidates all so-called gun-control laws.

  It also divides the militia into three distinct and separate entities.
  The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia,
  henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and
  District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army.

  The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18
  And 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal
  right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as
  many as they can afford to buy.

  The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of
  attainder

  The real discussion should be as to what has caused the increase in crimes with a firearm, not how to limit ownership or access. What kind of video games are children most interested in today? Answer, anything with violence. Maybe we should begin policing the entertainment industry’s exposing our children to violence. Naw, that ones too easy.

  Since it took the woman three tries to get the computer to register a vote for Romney, could there have been two votes cast for Obama? If so, we have a real problem. That is a question we need answered!

  The question to be asked is, since it took the woman three times to get it to register her vote for Romney, did it register two votes for Obama during that event? Someone needs to look into this!

  If a religious statue and the 10 Commandments are to be removed from Federal lands, then I suppose the ones that Adorne the doors of the Senate and Congress in DC will also have to be removed. And while they are at it, the prayers that they say prior to each meeting of the House and Senate will have to cease also. While we are on the subject, I would expect them to be on the job during all religious holidays, since they want to be so PC.
