  I agree with poster named 22 who posted on June 17, 2011 at 8:36am, who said it had to with rising sea level. I say this because my husband was telling me about something he listened to on the radio about the “China Ghost Towns” and I hadn’t told him about them yet, and I asked him what they said, and all he could remember was the sea level part of the report. So it could be that, or I might agree with some others here regarding the UN and Soros’ Agenda 21 theory.
