MSNBC is owned by General Electric – General Electric is a crony-capitalism company – MSNBC acts as the handmaiden of Big O and the dem party which is how it maintains favorable status in its role as crony-capitalist first class and in that role its tax reporting is not monitored!

We can all be proud of this girl for standing up for her convictions. All to many people in the same situation would have backed down and allowed the supervisor to win!

remybink – respectfully, I question how well you know the law. It may be pragmatic to accept whatever is thrown at you as a business owner, but the constitution guarantees the right of property ownership. This man and wife own the business and it is their right to decide who they will serve. That right is trampled regularly and Americans who love liberty should take a stand and support these people.

This story is sickening, but it is indicative of how low our culture has sunk, This woman has no pride and she has no fear of her god, How sad!

I am not as old as you; I am only 74. I have always respected police and I have obeyed the laws.

Unlike you, I am concerned that we as a nation are moving away from the tenets of freedom – and we are bridging into a police state. We have citizens who delight in exercising power over other citizens. Our anti-smoking campaigns can probably be termed the first foray into the swamps. Seat belt laws are a close second.

A society that tolerates those abuses of liberty easily slides into greater and greater erosion of personal liberties. I live in SC, we had a celebrated case where a woman was actually jailed for not mowing her lawn. In my town, members of our town council drove through the town with a camera and took pictures of people’s houses without the people’s knowledge; then the pictures were shown at a council meeting as examples of what the council members thought were unkempt yards.

We learned within past weeks that our government is listening to our phone calls and reading our Email. Towns across our nation are passing ordinances which make it impossible for merchants and small business people to maintain financial viability because of restrictions on signs.

Yes, I applaud this young man’s effort to publicize the destruction of American liberty. We urgently need more people willing to do what he did.

Wow! The guy is ‘gun nut’! He is not a father, he is not an active duty non-com, he is not a decorated hero of the war on terror….. Methinks that makes you a politically correct windbag! Have a great day and wear the chains of tyranny proudly.

Baumgartner is probably a decent individual, but the words he used in his reply to the leftist reporter demean himself and puts him on a much lower plane than if he had fired back in a forceful and firm, but more refined manner.

When a person has to resort to language like this he creates first impressions by who do not know him as crude and unable to articulate his thoughts without resorting to the vernacular of an ‘occupier’! That casts him as someone a conservative would rather not send to the senate.

This guy was looking for 15 minutes of fame/glory. Now with a bit of luck he can turn it into 20 minutes, but he is still the same stupid *ss that he was when got up this morning and he will be unchanged in the weeks ahead!

Your reasoning is specious for one simple reason. A person either believes that God is the center oone’s being or the person believes that self is the center of one’s being.

If one choses to believe the later, then morality is whatever he determines it to be. If one belives that God is the center of his being, then morality is defined by God’s word which is the bible.

For people like Carrie Underwood, bibles are published in three sections !)Old testament 2) The gospel or new testatment and 3) Addendum.

The addendum comes in many versions, but the purpose of the addendum is to list chapter and verse which mortals have determined to be revised by popular agreement. Carrie would ascribe to the revision of the meaning of love. In the biblical sense love means putting one’s self in the role of a servant to our fellow man. Marriage is a special case of love where we put ourself in the role of a servant to our spouse and to God as his most important servants by bringing children into the world to continue the human race.

The addendum will tell us that marriage is redefined as a special case of love in the context of being an outlet for physical recreation where we serve ourselves (selfish love) with whatever ‘partner’ we see fit at the moment. Spouse becomes an outdated term replaced by ‘partner’ and facilitates our addendum translation from what God sanctioned (and actually mandated) and makes the transition by which we use the term ‘love’ in a manner that can only be considered blasphemy!

Are the Baptists electing a spiritual leader or are they electing a spokesman for the Obama Reelection Committee? If it is the later, then they have made a good choice.

Get the overnment out of our lives! Now there is a novel idea which will not be given consideration as our nation goes down the road to socialism.

She made this up adn used the story because her ratings are down and she needed a boost. But the story makes her look like an ass, so no rise in ratings except among the really stupid!

To be liberal is to be an idiot and Ms Perdue so eloquently proves that point!

Chills are something one experiences when coming down with the Flu. Unfortunately our nation is coming down wirh something much worse than the flu!

Right on! The sheriff is for law and order; Holder and company is for something quite different!

This is a page from the PETA handbook. Insight hysteria among people who know nothing about the subject at hand and then scream for government action. Yes Tyson has deep pockets and that makes it fertile ground for some slimy lawyer to come in and capitalize on the hysteria.

We can go into any major city in the US and find babies and little kids being killed and mistreated by their drug addled, handout-incentivized parents and no one can come up with a course of action other than to throw additional tax-money at the problem while another batch is spawned. But we are going to take care of the pigs!

Where is the outcry against Sharpton? He has been in the forefront of stirring up hatred, but yet no one calls for him to be taken off his show! Why?

Wouldn’t it be wonderful to have a president who in his youth worked for positive things such as prayer in school or giving aid to students who struggle to get passing grades! Or to have a president who proudly wore the uniform of his country and learned the meaning of unselfish service!

We can entertain fantasies about having a president who as a young man operated a successful business and developed an appreciation for the free enterprise system. Who understands what it is to deliver a product for which there is a need in the marketplace and to deliver the product more efficiently than the competition. And speaking of competition. we can long for a president who understands and appreciates the merits of getting ahead on one’s own skills, intelligence and sweat without intervention from some government sponsored boost or subsidy.

Yes we can dream, but unfortunately we live in a very different world. We have a president who reveres the power of government and who gleefully pulls the levers of power that comes from a government that is not bound by the constitution or by the tenets of liberty that made this country great. We have a president who thinks he is Robin Hood taking from those who produce and giving to the idle or to those skilled in the fine art of gaming the system.

There was a time in our history when we looked to a president to be a unifier; aman who could bring people together -we have a president who divides our people and then divides again.

There are citizens who are in need of assistance. However, our ‘entitlement programs’ were not designed with the purpose of helping people in need. These programs were designed to instill people with a mindset that thy are dependent on government. This young lady is a perfect example of that mindset.

When people become dependent on big government they vote in lock step with their masters who use the title elected officials, but in truth these officeholders are ‘masters’ and their constituents are ‘serfs’.

When a person willing becomes the tool of his/her human master, the person gives up all self-respect and loathes himself or herself because the person is reduced to an insignificant state. How very sad!

This poor young person is not well-educated nor is she haughty, but her and Susan Fluke who is enjoying her fifteen minutes of fame have much in common. Each of these people in very different ways have stripped themselves of self-respect and have brought shame on themselves.
