I know that this seems like the obvious decision- give them what they want. But what happens then?
When all semblance of law and order moves out?
The town/community will fall, but where do the ruminants go? Without law and order you can’t have commerce. Without commerce those that remain will leave the area and move to neighboring communities where law and order exists. But, not wanting to abide by the law, they will do the same to the new community as they did to their own. And when officers start shooting, they’ll demand that the police move out.
No, we can’t just hand over cities and communities on their demand.

So if i understand the point of this article correctly, you are saying that Trump is wrong, there is no problem at the border?
Who are you shilling for? And if in fact it is true that this 1 crossing doesn’t have any problem, your article suggests that all. The crossing are fine. Then where are al the illegals coming in?
Cut the crap from this story and it says that FENCES and GUARDS actually work, and the flood of illegals coming across the border moved to where there is no fence, and much of the crime associated with the illegals moved along with them.

According to Re/Code, Cuban said at the conference he would, however, not be opposed to Congress pushing through legislation that prohibits cable companies from discriminating against certain websites.
ANY legislation opens the door to ALL legislation.
You can’t pick and choose based on what’s good for you, Mark. I thought you liked ALL of odummers ideas.
You beat me to it, excellent point and just what I was thinking, people have to look at this with an understanding of history as well as the usual doublespeak we get daily from all levels of government. THAT is what scares the HELL out of me, when they say they're going to be there to "protect" discriminating (clever choice of words there, since no rational person normally thinks "discrimination" is anything good) against "legal websites".
Well, if you have any common sense, combined with a knowledge of how not only the gov't but other powerful groups, movements, etc have been able to demonize all sorts of formerly acceptable things, changing public sentiment to go against these previously acceptable things and we've seen the results.
The Holocaust is the perfect (yet awful) example of this, where due to Germany's economic troubles after the Treaty of Versailles the Nazis were able to peg Jews as "the bad guy" and even if every last German citizen didn't know exactly what was all happening in the death camps, a good number of people there did know and most of them did nothing to stop it, because public sentiment had been turned against the Jews to such an extreme.
So, whether its 5, 10, 20 or however many years from now, how hard would it be to spin public sentiment against one group's website or another and then thanks to these the rules allowing the gov't to "protect" the LEGAL sites, they'll be able to eliminate the "bad guy" websites!
at least legislation if written properly give it law. agency alone regulation means the agency has no congressional authority. this is what happened with the EPA the FDA the DEA BLM
there all making rules far and wide past the intent of congress. we need reasonable regulation of air water food and drugs but with clear mandates today agencies are running for and by themselves and not for the good of the citizens
"ANY legislation opens the door to ALL legislation."
Fair enough reason to oppose any sort of legislation. That said, prepare yourself for the consequences. True free markets don't work. Some government regulation is needed.

There are s many looters we only ID’d a dozen, SO PROSECUTE the dozen. Wait and see how many of them dime out their friends!
Excellent point except the FED’s are watching and just waiting to jump in on the side of the looters and claim civil right abuses starting with unauthorized video recordings of the crimes committed. Obama no longer needs to follow “white mans law” and neither does his hand picked corp of lackeys running the Justice department. It will be a a very dark next couple of years for America because the thugs will be running the game.

This guy, by his own admission works 2 hours a day with his focus mainly in porn. EVERY AMERICAN should call their representatives to have this guy FIRED!
How much does he earn per day? Divide that number by 2. That is his hourly wage per day for working only 2 hours plus he gets his healthcare free! Do you?
Outrageous! While we are at it, Fire the whold damn division. They obviously have nothing else better to do.
