The government Atheist are their to remove God from government so the government can give us rights, not God. If you want large government and take liberty and freedom from the people, God must be taken out. I do agree that no church should be forced on any person by the government. No one forces anyone to look at this painting. Using the government courts to force removal of the painting is against the Constitution.

What would happen if Rush started pushing everyone to donate and support abortions for poor minorities? How is this women supporting black women to kill their children, not pure evil? P.S. she did not give away that money unless she was getting something in return. Progressive liberals do not do anything without getting something.

I just hope that gun owners, constitutional conservatives, tea party people, stay out of these progressive killing zones. Don’t become the next progressive media story!

Evil grows as good people say “my vote doesn’t count”.

You do understand that the fire department stops fighting fires when these unions refuse to put new paper in fax machine? That is another unions job and the fire fighter union can not put the paper in. We also must only purchase paper from a union store delivered by union people. Any of these unions go on strike, no fire calls. How dare anyone have a fire until these unions have their contracts in place!

We need a $100,000 custom union built alarm switch that uses satellite signals with GPS data to inform us of a fax. How about they turn up the ringer on the fax machine and listen for it????? Maybe stop playing video games so loud?????
What got you so riled up against firemen? Did your cheating ex have an affair with a buff fireman while you were off at the local Super Buffet packing on your second extra hundred pounds?

Kids are getting sick with mysterious illness in Michigan. No one know what it is yet thousands of more “kids” are being sent from the southern border to every state in the union without even health checks. Schools must take children without shot records or loose federal funding. I’m sure no one would take advantage of this for a biological attack?

If he was on the property listed on the warrant, he would have been arrested. If he was trespassing on private property he would have been charged. So there is no ifs about it. His Constitutional rights to be an idiot where violated.
 September 9, 2014 at 1:59am
Frog, you do understand the bullets from police rifles will go thru walls, houses, apartments, cars? The police can warn him and then go about their business. They cannot take away his Constitutional rights to be an idiot.
 September 9, 2014 at 1:54am
because stray rifle bullets would never enter a house or building?
 September 9, 2014 at 1:52am
and you think if he goes 30 ft into his house and shuts the door, bullets will not enter his house, and the next one, and the next one?
 September 9, 2014 at 1:48am
I’ll stay with the Constitution. The guy can be an idiot and say anything he wants except threaten the police or physically stop them from doing their job. Every time people give the police and government more liberty and freedom, they will take it.
 September 9, 2014 at 1:46am
When the police touch him, the assaulted him. The police committed a crime and should be put in jail. The police had no legal reason to come on his property. Freedom of speech is still protected, even for a$$hles, especially for a$$hles.
 September 9, 2014 at 1:40am
He can be on landlords property, public property, just not on the property listed in the warrant. He can say anything he wants except to threaten the police. He can even tell them he thinks marriage should be between a man and a women. I know, probably should go to jail for that one. The police have no right to even talk to this American protected by the Constitution. Police are public servants, not entitled, empowered bullies.
 September 9, 2014 at 1:35am
The police have no right to go on this private property. He can say anything he wants unless its a direct threat to the safety of the officers. Any property owner would be within his rights to protect this person as if his life was being threatened. (armed police assaulting a unarmed person for no reason.) If the police loose the support of the people, they will be sheep surrounded by butchers.
iCloud is not a live steaming service, even if it was then he would be protected under free speech. Police should notify him to please stay inside your home for your protection, if you continue to stay outside we are not responsible for any harm that could come to you. People have Constitutional rights and must be protected.
Your correct, but if he is sending one place he can sent it anywhere. Therefore, there is a possibility of endangering the police.
During the Columbine High School shooting (1999) they realized the live news feeds were being seen from the many TV's inside the school. Since then teams have been trying to protect themselves against having their positions, strategies and defenses telegraphed. In addition, by allowing the filming of team tactics, 'bad guys' can learn tactics and better defend in future incidents.
We saw a similar situation recently in Ferguson Mo. when a news crew used their video lights to expose a tactical team that was staging for a response if needed.
One thing I have done when people are filming is to obtain a copy of their video. This additional evidence as a look from another view point and legal to seize (with the owner given a receipt)
DogHouse: With that logic, any device that records digital and has a wifi, 3G, or 4G connection is a risk. Which is about every Cell and tablet produced in the last five years.
I get the tactical problem with your position being streamed live but to extrapolate that concern to include that big "what if" pretty much give you justification to run roughshod over anyone with a device in their hand.
My issue is "pain compliance" and "zero tolerance" is a good way to manage prison and slave populations, not citizens.
 September 9, 2014 at 1:23am
Yea, freedom of speech is so over rated. You don’t want to upset the delicate nature of the police force. So any person in the city that police look at can be arrested for Obstruction? If they where not standing there, looking at them funny, taking a video, asking questions, they can arrest? I’m not sure I like your new America.
 September 9, 2014 at 1:19am
Use and defend your Constitutional rights, or loose them. If the police where so worried about he’s safety, they would have warned him we are not responsible if your injured because you where notified to leave.
Florida? Our governor rejected Obama's money for that. All the light rail systems in the country are subsidized except one or two in the northeast corridor. When we didn't take it, CA jumped all over it. If you look up Miami-Dade's Tri-Rail, you'll see it loses millions a year.
" These political slush funds must end." Now, that IS CommonSenseTalk. Let's bring in another batch of TEA Party conservatives this fall!
Agree with Pist, Gov. Scott refused the money and the train from Tampa to Orlando.
Common Sense. Don't blame Florida for the high speed rail. Gov Scott turned the Feds down

Hollywood is eating itself from the inside. Movies are down 20% from last year alone. Movies are made in Canada or overseas. Forcing gay marriage on America when only 2% really cares about it is stupid. What ever happened to entertainment? Why so much politics in music and movies? We are not that stupid Hollywood! We will stop watching and listening to you. There are only so many sheeple.
