brilliant.. for a publicity stunt.. hauling a 3 ton monstrocity in the dark over a city using helicopters.

What if the line broke or the helicopter had a problem. Most lifting using helicopters are carefully controlled events that are done only in daylight.

What disadvantage does a terrorist typically have when planning any type of activity like this..

he or she is not familiar with the local area….

what a better way to get plans done up by folks who may be intimately familiar with the area, local resources, emergency response, ect…

May be the guise of grad work.. but after these papers are turned in.. who’s to say what happens to them… a copy here a copy there………………..if these got into the wrong hands………….
