  I would hire him in a heart beat.

  I own a small business and my best worker did something similar last year.
  She came in for an interview and was brutally honest. It was refreshing to hear and not the usual fluff, “ohh im a hard worker” or ” im a fast learner” crap that is never true…she asked me to give her a chance and that she would work for free for the first week and if i didnt like what i saw, i could let her go without any issues. So thats exactly what i did and by the 3rd day i hired her permanently with a raise. Shes been hard working ever since, never complains, comes in whenever i need her to and is just a joy to be around. Wish more people would be like her today

  Hobby Lobby has become my favorite store to shop.

  I own a small business and because of all these new taxes and mandates, I’m afraid i will need to lay off 2 workers by the end of the month. Well just so happens that I know for sure that 2 out of my 10 employees voted for obama, guess whos getting canned?
