  • I AM A TEACHER! I just want to say that I love this kid. When I saw the teacher in the video sitting behind her desk, I understood everything. I RARELY GET TO SIT DOWN, and I don’t want to because I love to teach, and teaching means being on your feet. This young man is absolutely right. I teach much younger children, but even when I am reading a story to them, I am on my feet walking around the classroom and leaning in to emphasize specific words.
    Teaching is definately a calling, and if you MUST LOVE IT, in order to be a good teacher.

    One of my best professors in college was an algebra teacher who was always moving, jumping, and kneeling next to his students to get them engaged. He would stay after class and do all he could to help us and give us some extra problems, somehow always relating math to life! LOL!

    Learning can be a lot of fun, if a teacher loves to teach.

  • It is interesting how so many people fall for the media’s pitting one Pope against the other. Soon the honeymoon will be over when the media finds out that Benedict and Francis are in agreement.

    God bless both Benedict and Frances, for devoting their lives to Christ.

  • Never in the history of mankind has hurting someone made you feel less hurt yourself.

  • @RATIONALMAN
    Adopt who? Don’t you get it! The babies that could be adopted are being killed. I have friends trying to adopt. They have been waiting a long time. This is why people adopt kids from other countries.

    If you are for this kind of barbaric and evil occupation, you are lost and damned. Ha! Now you have been told. God says once you know and you turn your back on his word, there is no redemption for you.

  • What the Pope was talking about is the Corporal Works of Mercy. These and the Spritual Works of Mercy are must for Catholics.
    Corporal Works of Mercy:
    •To feed the hungry;
    •To give drink to the thirsty;
    •To clothe the naked;
    •To harbour the harbourless;
    •To visit the sick;
    •To ransom the captive;
    •To bury the dead.
    The Spiritual Works of Mercy:
    •To instruct the ignorant;
    •To counsel the doubtful;
    •To admonish sinners;
    •To bear wrongs patiently;
    •To forgive offences willingly;
    •To comfort the afflicted;
    •To pray for the living and the dead.

  • I have noticed that men know very little about the ******.

    To call it a c*nt is derogatory to almost all women, so is her really defending us?
    No, he is defending his desire to sexually exploit women and walk away from
    any responsibility to a child he might create.

    Men don’t fool me.

  • The homeschooling law was enacted in 1938 under the Nazi regime. This was to take away parental rights in order to indoctrinate German children. Under the law, children can be taken away from parents, heavy fines levyed, and even putting the parents in jail.
    Multiculturalism is the excuse for this law in Germany today.

  • Big Mistake! This will have a domino affect. Small depositers will probably not be able to cover payments that have not cleared the bank yet. Then comes the NSF fees. Large retirement depositers will realize they will have to live on much less for a shorter time. The rich will move their money. No one will want to deposit again!
    For years I have only deposited enough money to cover bills. I keep cash for groceries and gas. Now I think I will even pay some bills with cash. Never trust banks!

  • ENCINOM’s comments prove people who think like him are evil. To wish harm to someone
    else who is doing nothing but filming outside a building is disturbing.

    In my experience, evil people will react violently when confronted with their evil. That is why this woman rushed out to attack the lady. The evil she participates in was no longer hidden in her safe zone where she could rationalize it away, with no challenges.

    I have seen this kind of behavior before, when a woman was confronted with neglecting her children, and another woman was being cruel to animals. A sign of evil according to many pastors.

  • The more non-Catholics talk about Catholicism, the more they reveal how little they know.
    You would think if a person is going to comment on a subject, they would take the time
    to really know the facts. Instead, all people do is give their opinion – blah, blah, blah.

    First, I would ask, why do you care what the Catholic Church does? Then I would ask, why do
    you want to spread lies and misinformation? Your criticism says more about you than it does
    the person or thing you are criticizing.
