We have had guns for many years without these mass shootings that keep occurring. What has changed over the last twenty years is our society and our moral standards. We have electronic games where our youth spend hours planning raids and killing images of good guys, bad guys, cops. civilians, and what ever you choose to be. The schools teach liberal philosophy. You can’t discipline your child or the government takes them away. No small coincident that these shootings are by younger people. Ah… life in progressive Amerika. Welcome to the degradation of a moral society. And it will just get worse.

Muffy – Maybe the democrats have all the power in Communist New Jersey, but not here in Texas. According to sites I found regarding your gun laws, permits to carry are rare and only issued to law enforcement officers and special need applicants. Perhaps if your citizens had more freedom to your right to bear arms, you wouldn’t need government gun ships to protect your private property. Just saying…

I suspect the true atheist doesn’t care. It is just a building. It is the ones who are trying to convince themselves there is no God who makes all the noise. “Me thinks they protest too much.” I can see where they would be quite uncomfortable voting in a church building.
