It’s obvious from the letter that the inability of the children to take responsibility for their poor choices and their unloading of their complaints to their mother was “over the top”. We as parents have the right to make our choices. He didn’t say that he didn’t want to see them, he just didn’t want to listen to a litany of their complaints and consequences of bad decisions. His children are the generation of those who have been taught by the education, government and social systems to blame and inflict on others their bad behaviors and those behaviors outcomes. When a parent sees their grandchildren suffer under the results of their children’s bad behavior they do feel a need to do whatever they can to call attention to or redirect the the focus and behaviors to bring about change. Good man … hard challenge.

The Alan West race was absolutely stolen and we “thank” all those election officials, counters etc who sold their souls…if they had a soul in the first place.
Due to the results of the 2010 Census Florida was granted the ability to reshape some of it's districts. If I come off sounding like a Libertarian on this next statement, so be it. Although I am not. It was the Republicans in the state who rebuilt the district that West was to run in as heavy with known Democrats. West rocked the boat, and the dyed in the wool old standbys were fed up with him. Now they have created a district that will remain Democrat for God only knows how long. These are the Republicans that need to be dumped, not those like West. We need more like him to rock the boat.
Well, you can also thank the Republican Gov. of Florida for gerrymandering his district away from him as instructed by the Republican establishment in Washington.
republicans do not like competition. When someone comes along who calls themselves a republican but has different ideas - the republican party treats them like a 2nd class citizen. Perhaps through Allen West, you see how the republican party operates

Since when does the Tea Party get support from Bill Kristol? He’s full of baloney.

Misters Obama and Chu now have their dream of expensive energy.

I think the prisoner will go back to Egypt. If Obama loses the election, he’ll go back during the “lame duck” session of Congress. Mr. Obama has no desire to do what is right…just what will bring a world government to pass.

That’s just a silly response. What kind of person throws acid? Are you really that kind? Do you really want other people to be that kind?

They’re just trying to marginalize Ryan. It’s part of their playbook.
September 25, 2012 at 7:36am
A joke people…a JOKE!!! Com’mon, doesn’t anyone have a sense of humor anymore? I expect liberals not to understand because they don’t know that funny doesn’t have to be rude and crude but conservatives are now losing their funny bones. Maybe conservatives are turning into liberals. What a scary thought!
September 24, 2012 at 2:13pm
This is funny! They nominate the people that speak hard truths and that conservatives love. I applaud West for being valiant and the best versed Congressman concerning history, military and the Constitution, Bachmann for her unwavering support of Constitutional freedoms and her diligence in questioning the infiltration of the Brotherhood and anti-freedom loving regimes into the government and finally Ryan for taking on the budget/economy articulately, honestly and pro-actively. None are perfect but all are some of the best that this country has. All I can say is that I’d like about 500 more of them.
encinom…you’ve got some evil inside of you to be saying the things that you do.
You're right! If you want to scare the bejeebers out of a DemonicRat, or send them into a mind-freezing tizzy worthy of serious couch-time, heavy doses of psychotropic medication and straight-jackets? Tell him/her the truth!
That's why the progresso-commies hate them so much!

I resemble that remark! lol How ridiculous can you be? To be technical, Mormonism long ago moved out of what defines a cult and became what defines a religion. That aside, as a “Mormon” I have gotten used to the ignorance but am appalled at those who claim Christianity but fail to emulate the Savior in their discourse and actions.
Bob Beckel uses things like this to dig at Romney and attempts to divide those who look for a definition of a Christian person instead of one who lives their lives to be as good a person as they can be. Why do you guys continually fall for it? I’ll choose to look for goodness in all places and in all people because otherwise I become an ideological idiot.

You mean hide his money as does our President and congressmen and people who invest for their pensions and….YOU IDIOT!!!!
How many people have lost their jobs because this President is outsourcing our country to China by destroying the job market?

Mine came up as it usually does on ROKU. It’s a great episode.
Below is a link to a must see conference Dinesh did on C-SPAN last month. Anyone who can’t see the movie feel free to forward this to.them He hits topics on Obama 2016, his new book Obama’s America and much more. I watched this with relatives and Dinesh brought some of them to tears because the unimaginable truth hit them so hard (some were democrats – no longer voting for Obama) He does a long Q&A session as well. Wait until you hear his answer on both Chris Matthews and also the “Anti-Christ.” Could Dinesh be a modern day Bonhoeffer?
22Automatic, thank you for this link!
I am watching it now, only halfway through and I have to agree - THIS IS MUST-SEE! It's not really anything that I didn't already know or at least sense about Obama, but it really puts it all into words and reasons and underlines it all in bold.
If the media were doing their job, Dinesh D'Souza would be recognized by all as a brilliant American hero. Romney should take a chunk of change out of his campaign fund and buy time on the networks to air this in primetime so even the willfully politically ignorant would have no excuse for not knowing what they are voting for.
Proof positive (it's in her own words) Dora's brains are in her butt!
Dora, do you consider an enema "terrific and so enlightening?" I love it. Another anal-erotic progressive. And, you really don't expect that we will consider your avatar as an actual pic of you. I'm guessing morbidly obese and fugly, like most progressives. You're here on The Blaze merely to disrupt reasonable conversation. But, you're fighting a losing battle. 'Cause we're gonna kick you ass in November. Bwahahaha!
September 11, 2012 at 12:07am
If voting for Obama would only destroy us financially, I believe that I could understand why you’d vote for him BUT…I believe that we will be in complete and utter bondage if we do have him for four more years and only the bloodiest of revolutions would ever unseat him and his minions.
I will vote for Romney and do all that I can to move more congresspersons who uphold the Constitution into prominence.

I have read Ron Paul’s book and listened carefully to what he and other candidates have said. What he is quoted as saying in this article are true. It disturbs me every time I hear someone refer to this country as a democracy because I know that the Founders knew that democracies don’t work. This is supposed to be a Constitutional Republic and as such is the safest way to preserve citizens’ rights. Don’t dismiss what Ron Paul says. He actually has it right!
September 10, 2012 at 8:10pm
This is a faux pas in not referring to Paul Ryan by the correct name. This is the prospective VP on the Republican ticket and by not using the correct name he shows his disdain for his opposition. It’s another out of touch moment for Mr. Obama.

Forty years in this country and she still can hardly speak English? Really?
Kill Romney because you think he’s bad for the country? Always a possibility. Advocate it on national TV? Stupidity.
It was another speech that promoted class warfare…subtly so but still class warfare.

Perhaps it is time for a national referendum on Quebec. Keep it or let it go. If it goes, Quebec gets NOTHING, from the rest of Canada. If it stays, it lets go of the impossibly idiot demands it makes of the rest of Canada fiscally and socially. As it’s been said many times before…The English won the war so why are we making concessions to the French who lost it?
