  It’s obvious from the letter that the inability of the children to take responsibility for their poor choices and their unloading of their complaints to their mother was “over the top”. We as parents have the right to make our choices. He didn’t say that he didn’t want to see them, he just didn’t want to listen to a litany of their complaints and consequences of bad decisions. His children are the generation of those who have been taught by the education, government and social systems to blame and inflict on others their bad behaviors and those behaviors outcomes. When a parent sees their grandchildren suffer under the results of their children’s bad behavior they do feel a need to do whatever they can to call attention to or redirect the the focus and behaviors to bring about change. Good man … hard challenge.

  I think the prisoner will go back to Egypt. If Obama loses the election, he’ll go back during the “lame duck” session of Congress. Mr. Obama has no desire to do what is right…just what will bring a world government to pass.

  This is funny! They nominate the people that speak hard truths and that conservatives love. I applaud West for being valiant and the best versed Congressman concerning history, military and the Constitution, Bachmann for her unwavering support of Constitutional freedoms and her diligence in questioning the infiltration of the Brotherhood and anti-freedom loving regimes into the government and finally Ryan for taking on the budget/economy articulately, honestly and pro-actively. None are perfect but all are some of the best that this country has. All I can say is that I’d like about 500 more of them.

  I resemble that remark! lol How ridiculous can you be? To be technical, Mormonism long ago moved out of what defines a cult and became what defines a religion. That aside, as a “Mormon” I have gotten used to the ignorance but am appalled at those who claim Christianity but fail to emulate the Savior in their discourse and actions.
  Bob Beckel uses things like this to dig at Romney and attempts to divide those who look for a definition of a Christian person instead of one who lives their lives to be as good a person as they can be. Why do you guys continually fall for it? I’ll choose to look for goodness in all places and in all people because otherwise I become an ideological idiot.
