Not sure I’m so quick to jump on the “Cantor must go” bandwagon. How do we know that this intel is legit or is the Supreme Leader just trying to cook up this story to eliminate another opposition leader?
First thing I thought of was Cantor was being used a psyop guinea pig

Unfortunately, I live among many white Obama voters that hang on to the belief that a vote for a Republican will somehow not allow them to have access to whatever pleasure they are addicted be it sex or drugs or whatever. So long as they get enough to subsist on and be able to get their jollies from who or whatever they want without any consequences or judgement, they don’t seem to care.

I’m not saying that I buy into the whole elborate conspiracy idea, per se. However, in the 1990′s the liberal and feminists did start going to town on harassment lawsuits and the whole idea of political correctness. I wouldn’t be surprised if they had slandered everyone who was anyone back so they could drag out the dirty laundry for this type of occasion.

I’ve read the comic of “V For Vendetta” and watched the movie despite not being particularly impressed with either one. Even in my teenage days, the story seemed like an overly simplistic and distorted view of oppression and rebellion as only a self-hating/parent-hating youth could see it. Guess I can see why, in a lot of ways, these lost souls in the OWS movement would flock to such a symbol.
Yeah, because that kind of thing has never happened before in history, or even recent history.
Besides Nazi Germany I mean. And the Soviet Union. And Communist China. And with Idi Amin. Oh, right, also with Ghadaffi. Or Cromwell.
But no, too simplistic, right.
This entire story is nothing more than demogoguery.
It compares Timothy McVeigh to Guy Fawkes to demogogue those who wear the mask, when McVeigh blew up a Federal Building and was more than likely an INSIDE JOB perpetrated by our own government, which would make them the real terrorists. Guy Fawkes tried to blow up the Parliament, big difference from just some Federal Building. To make that comparison, you would have to have McVeigh perpetrating 9-11 with all 3 planes hitting the White House or the Capital Building.
They're scared of us. Just like they were scared of Guy Fawkes.
EXTREMISM IN DEFENSE OF LIBERTY IS NO VICE!
V for Vendetta is one of my favorite movies and I believe it is quite indicative of what is coming to our country. Stupid anarchists picked up the message of civil disobience and blowing things up but if you watch the movie without bias you can very easily see our world becoming the world depicted there, again.
The movie is about people selling out their liberty for security which is exactly what this administration, and perhaps others, want. It is certainly a tactic of communists to make things so crappy and scary that you beg a strong man to take over and make you safe. Guy Fawkes mask and "legend" was just a tool of the hero V to give people something to rally behind. It has been coopted now by anarchists. Anybody pay attention to Van Jones' Capt America logo?
Re watch the movie without hating it first. I love the word play and the plot.
Don't try to do what other donkeys did and say "Bush is the Chancellor" and this is what he is doing. Look at it with todays OWS in mind and how the media provides support and cover for the regime in power. You know if Communist dems ever took full power, the koran would be banned, they would act like Christians or even have their own church, Liberation Theology, homosexuality would be banned......
I think Idiocracy and V for Vendetta are very portentful.
Stupid comments like Oklahoma being "more than likely an inside job" is what makes some smart people look like loons. Unless of course unless you mean and American attacking Americans, because ourside of that the conspiracy is baseless. Save your proof and further hyperbole. It will only make you look more loony.
Increasingly, as you just displayed, the stupid people are the ones who believe anything this lying corrupt government says, seeing as how they're trampling all over the Constitution and Bill of Rights based on their own false-flag handiwork. The gig is up, they've been caught lying too many times.
You also have a kneejerk reation to anyone who doesn't buy the official lie calling them "stupid" as if I'm going to sit here and argue the facts with you, some anonymous nobody. I don't care what you say. The truth is the truth and it always wins. An overwhelming percentage of Americans want a new investigation into 9-11.
So save your ad-hominem attacks because it makes you look like you're having a kneejerk reaction to anyone who doesn't buy the official lie this lying government and media full of liars has pumped into your brain.
I wasn't calling you stupid. I was calling your comment stupid.
Just like the next one you made.
"The truth is the truth and it always wins. An overwhelming percentage of Americans want a new investigation into 9-11."
You see, you started with a valid statement and followed up with something stupid.
It's hard being a good American who wants liberty and Justice for all and to see our government shrunk back down to it's rightful size so as to protect the rights we still have and regain what we used to for future generations when every time you stand against tyranny there is some wackadoo next to you in a tin foil hat holding a sign that says "Investigate 911" or "Oklahoma was an inside job" or "My grandmother was abducted by aliens and forced to kill Kennedy".
I don't care what the federal government says. I don't trust them at all and I certainly DON'T TRUST THEM TO INVESTIGATE THEMSELVES OR ANYONE WHO WOULD ACTUALLY TRY TO INVESTIGATE THEM. So keep up the good fight and I hope some day you find out who is responsible for the OK bombings, 911, Kennedy, and whatever else keeps you awake at night.
Anything that challenges what your gullible self holds as truth, you call crazy, stupid, and other names, making your retorts childish and petulant.
That's your personal problem. Don't like what I say, then don't read it or waste your time responding. You aren't convincing anyone to follow your logic, you're showing everyone how programmed you are by BS from the mainstream media, you aren't even witty.
Americans want a new investigation into 9-11. Catch up. You can assert that the sky is stupid, and it just makes you look stupid.
I know it's hard being conned and having to defend yourself against people who aren't brainwashed. It's ok, you'll get over it. Our government lies too much, and everyone knows it. You've been lied to and you can't accept it and move on and let others have their opinions.
No, you must attack anyone who can think for themselves because you have been so fantastically conned. I don't lose any sleep over who perpetrates false-flag terror against it's own citizens. I already know who does it, the Federal Government.
YOU are the one who has a problem reconciling that because you've been conned. It's called cognitive dissonance. You attack me for not buying the official story, then in the same breath say you don't trust the Federal Government.
How stupid is THAT...
Still, In the movie, the title "hero" is screwing with the government, not because it is fasist and cruel, which it is. He is using that fro a cover for the personal pain and suffering it has caused HIM. I resorts to tortue to win an ally in the girl, he uses the crowds at the end of the movie to deflect the government from him and to shield him in their numbers. So just what is heroic?
If these people REALLY believe in what they are doing why are they hiding behind a mask? Why use a mask to symbolize their "struggle"? Is their arguments for the change they want so weak?

The only “1%” that worries me is the 1% of America who don’t see liberals like Moore and Ayers for the chumps they are and actually want to follow their example.
October 26, 2011 at 8:14am
Providing “exposure” is literally the point. Admittedly, most of us here see Michael Moore for what he is. However, bringing his lies and hypocisy to the light of day gives us proof to share with others.

I interpret her reaction this way. The liberals think that with each kill they can count another victory that they are somehow earning the respect of the world. Never mind the fact that actions such as this are against the principles they supposedly stand for, they probably think they are earning brownie points with conservatives for being tough on terrorists. Instead, it just reveals them to be the souless powermongers that they really are.
People who use the term “******” to attack people whose beliefs they do not agree with prove themselves to be far less cultured and educated than they claim to be.
Incidentally, people, in case you were not aware (quick definition from wikipedia): “Archon (Gr. ἄρχων, pl. ἄρχοντες) is a Greek word that means “ruler” or “lord”, frequently used as the title of a specific public office. It is the masculine present participle of the verb stem ἀρχ-, meaning “to rule”, derived from the same root as monarch, hierarchy and anarchy.” Your handle really makes you sound like someone who values freedom, doesn’t it?

Third A – You are the one who seems to be missing the point. It isn’t that we are unaware that there are distinctions between fascism and socialism. We just find that the characteristics they share which we happen to oppose (such as a strong central government model) outweigh the superficial differences in the way they oppress the people.

Hey “god”-head. You must worship excrement since, based on your posts, that appears to be what your head is full of. Actually, liberals have far more issues with women… at least those that wander off of the progressive plantation and speak for themselves, than conservatives do. Apparently you don’t know how to think for yourself and need talking heads like Rachel Madcow to put words in your mouth. Hopefully you will grow up someday.

PamelaKay, with regard to what they want out of socialism: Socialist ideas always create an authoritarian state wherein the ruling elite get to impose their will on the masses. That is basically the only way to impose that misguided philosophy. What they want is to be part of the elite group that tells the people how they should live. Then they can shove their green garbage and imorals down our throat and persecute and punish us for feeling differently.

To those of us who actually care about kids learning knowledge and skills, the Texas school system is undisputably better! To the liberal mind, learning things is far less important than spreading liberal indoctrination where Chicago is more “successful”.

I think you are assuming any of us care the least about what you think of us… or anything else for that matter, JZS

I’m a little bit impressed that Kanye even knows who Hitler is. Adolph must have shown up in a cartoon he was watching because I doubt he ever head about him.

Would it really make any difference if he did step down? Obama would just replace him with someone equally as pathetic.
Or more likely he would replace him with someone even worse, like he did when he replaced Robert Gibbs with Jay Carney. I did not think there could exist a more arrogant and stupid press secretary than Gibbs, but Carney proved me wrong.

It is good that his death brings a small measure of justice to those who died on 9/11. Our work is still not done over there. All of my liberal friends are trying to use this as an excuse to both bring the troops back home and get Obama re-elected. I hope people aren’t so naive on either count.

I am a bit disappointed with how some of you appear swayed by a public figure like Trump calling the current leadership “stupid”. He is, by and large, right about that but you really need to look closer at what Trump is all about. He is a conniving, power-hungry progressive. To deliver the country in to his hands would worsen the rifts this country already struggles with. Expect more crony capitalism and use of power to enrich and empower himself. That is his record a “businessman”.
April 15, 2011 at 8:33am
I agree that Obama should be defeated on the weakness of his ideas and plans for the country. Even if he were removed from power because he could not demonstrate legal citizenship it would seem like a hollow victory. We have to prove that socialism/communism is not the way to go!
April 6, 2011 at 8:38am
The Dems rely on people’s ignorance of the economy and the political process to get away with lies like this. In doing so, they are aided by the MSM. We need to do more to teach others since the schools don’t do it anymore.

With all due respect to those of you in love with the Trumpster, I agree with Glenn on this one. Trump is a showboat and I see him as someone who would let all that power go to his already inflated head if he were President. I don’t think that he has his head on straight, morally speaking. Glenn tells it like he sees it and so do I.
