  Many of you apparently don’t know how power lines work: here’s a quick refresher. Have you ever seen a squirrel walk along a power line? Or birds perched on a power line? The reason they do not get electrocuted to death is because they are not grounded. Power goes to ground. Ground is generally considered earth. If somebody would have extended a pole to this guy and he touched it he would be fried.

  I agree 100%. If regular citizens are barred from possessing guns within the establishment so should cops. They are nothing special. Yeah, OK, I know, I know ” The next time you need a cop . . . ” I’l let you in on a little known statistic: Cops generally do not prevent crime,. They arrive after a crime has been committed and you have called them. They investigate crime, they do not prevent it.

  I agree 100% The idiots that are against neutering most likely have never seen a true stray; they lead terrible lives. True animal lovers neuter and spay unless of course you want the puppies and kittens.

  Actually it’s best for all concerns to neuter the dog. Do you realize how many unwanted animals are born by strays and owned animals mating? Then you have more strays that lead terrible lives. So in this case I have to agree with the “state.” Lost likely it’s a pound policy and a very good one at that.
