It’s really all a big legal game. The FBI should just keep asking questions, taping the conversations, do it for as long as they like, get all the information they can get, Miranda doesn’t matter in this case. A revolver is always safer. You can see if the weapon is loaded or not, but you must always assume a weapon, any weapon – a short or a long gun – is loaded and treat it as such, keeping it aimed down and away from any person near it – or yourself.
