  She should be prosecuted for what she is; a statutory rapist. This hits really close to home because this is almost exactly what happened to my daughter when she was 14 except the older girl was 17 so I was powerless in the legal sense. My daughter got sucked into the lesbian lifestyle as a result. It should be irrelevant that it’s a same-sex relationship. No 18 year old has any business having sex with a 14 year old. I’m sure she wants to enjoy all the rights of adulthood, let her accept the consequences too. Ignorance is not an excuse to violate the law. It’s disgusting to me that she is being painted as the victim when the real victim is that 14 year old.

  That is exactly how I feel TC5BWE. Yes, Catty; my kids are around gays here & there but I’m not going to purposely encourage them to pattern themselves after one which is what we do in scouting.

  Automatic gratuity is not typically added unless the party is large & that’s because they are a lot of work & tend to scrimp the most on tipping. It’s the result of jerks who ruin it for decent people.

  You are tipping to insure good service. That’s what it stands for; To Insure Proper Service. If the employer was paying the server an hourly wage instead, that cost would be passed on to you as a much more expensive meal. With tipping, you are paying the restaurant for the prepared food & the server according to their service. This is a GOOD THING because it incentivizes the server to give good service.
