  He’s not in trouble for the VIDEO TAPING.. He’s in trouble for recording PHONE CONVERSATIONS in a state that requires both parties be aware they are being recorded when they naturally assume their conversation is private. This 17 year old loudmouth punk finally got his comeuppance, and I for one LOVE IT.

  I’d be willing to bet that the cuts are superficial and the scene bears obvious signs of staging. I can almost guarantee you that this incident did not happen. Most of the time you won’t find carving of a victim unless they are dead at the hands of a serial murderer. It is unlikely in the extreme that this actually happened. Anybody remember the fake victim who was supposedly attacked by an Obama supporter, only to be outed as an attention seeker? I can almost guarantee this woman has had a major life change recently which is the genesis of this incident.
