  Everyone should read the article(s) at http://www.armedcitizensnetwork.org/the-bible-and-self-defense. The writer cites specific bible verses and explains that Christ was an advocate of self defense and that he didn’t come to replace the Old Testament but to fulfill it. If you have a complete understanding of Biblical verses then you’ll understand that self defense (and community defense) is not only acceptable but is a moral requirement.

  I don’t like Mr. Mike Malloy’s comments. But it shows a need for him to address. I will pray for his soul. God is really, I believe, more concerned with our souls than with our physical, earthly being. All of us have some certain amount of time for our lives. What we do with it and how it aligns with God’s wishes will determine the final disposition of our eternal life. Hopefully Mr. Malloy will change and I will pray that that happens.
