My thought exactly. From the look of the guy, he could be a former gymnast but I think the “get a rope” line is much needed here during this rush thrill seeking venture….

I was blessed to have gone to private schools from Pre-School all the way to High School but I also worked my buns off with my studies and also with my chores at home that my parents had assigned for me and expected me to do daily. Nothing was forced on me by my parents, just the knowledge in my mind that I knew what was expected of me and I respect my parents so much and knew the rules in their home and I needed to abide by them. Of course disagreement occurred at times but of course family group calm discussion also occurred and the ultimate was always known within me that my parents loved me and wanted to get me ready to move out on my own when graduating from high school. I had a job all throughout elementary school and high school from doing yard work to washing dishes, life guarding etc etc, and was always encouraged by my parents to stash away some funds for a rainy day and also prudently pay for my own leisure toys. When I left home to go to college, I missed my parent’s home but I also knew that I would always be welcome back “to visit but not to stay forever.” I still maintain open communication with them and very happy to receive my mom’s care package, containing chocolate mint cookies every once in a while…………:-)
I have no idea what this girl’s upbringing is, at home 24/7 but I sure hope that she would able to patch things up with her parents. The best of luck to all of them…..
