  Hire an attorney and sue the school and officials PERSONALLY pursuant to one or more of the following:

  18 USC Sections 241, 242
  42 USC Sections 1983,1985,1986

  for knowingly, or should have known, violating fundamental civil rights such as freedom of expression and, possibly, others.

  Cut them NO SLACK. Adopt a NO TOLERANCE POLICY for these type of infractions across this land.

  p.s. Truthfully, though, after watching the subjects in Boston submit to unconstitutional searches of their homes, many being forcefully removed without warrants and not one instance of resistance, I don’t have much hope for America’s future as it currently exist. Additionally, there were other examples across the country of firearm confiscations and even a child confiscated, but not one instance of resistance! Just sayin’.

  Do convicted felons also lose their right to freedom of expression, unreasonable searches and seizures, right to not incriminate themselves? NO.

  Therefore, under what LEGITIMATE authority, do legislatures and courts pass and enforce laws removing voting and KABA rights? No LEGITIMATE authority. Legislatures cannot LEGITIMATELY legislate themselves authority not enumerated them in the U.S. Constitution. Nor can courts/judges LEGITIMATELY legislate powers from the bench.

  All legislation passed in contravention of the restrictions of the Constitution are ILLEGITIMATE, UNCONSTITUTIONAL and NON-ENFORCEABLE!

  STAND AND FIGHT!

  How about misdemeanor domestic violence convicts? Can they also carry? If not, why not if misdemeanor sex offenders can?

  Frankly, I don’t believe the government has any legitimate authority to deny ANYONE, that’s not locked up serving a sentence or on parole as result thereof, from exercising their fundamental, human, UNALIENABLE right to to life.

  That’s correct. If, in fact, we all have the UNALIENABLE Right to Life – and few Americans I think would deny that right – then, by definition, we have the UNALIENABLE right to DEFEND that life regardless.
