The officer reached into the vehicle, which he had no right to do. How would you feel if a LEO reached into your vehicle without any provocation or cause? What gives a LEO the right to order someone from their vehicle without probable cause? Since when does a moldy old french fry smell like weed?
If a LEO says “I think you have been drinking” and you had not had a drink in 2 days, does that give him the “probable cause” to remove you from the vehicle? Where does it end?

“It’s obviously absurd and smacks of intense and disgusting anti-Semitism. It’s reverse-racism basically,” Efraim Zuroff,
No such thing as reverse-racism, only racism. We are seeing more and more racism from the other side with all this white privilege talk. We’re headed toward an ugly race war if this continues on its current path led by people like Toure, Sharpton and Wright. The liberal colleges espouse this BS and the kids by into. Where would these institutions be if not for the white privilege money coming in?

I wonder if these youngsters are also taught what affirmative action is? You have to give me a job because I am not white, qualified or industrious. You have to give my company work because I am not white, capable or interested in the final product. You cannot fire me without paying a huge amount of money because I am not white, ethical or honest.
So sick and tired of these people indoctrinating the youth of tomorrow and the liberals allowed to get a way with it.

Simple, it is what the liberal progressives nned to have in place to dumb down our youth as much as possible!

Indiana should just with hold the same amount of payment to the feds. Why should a state pay excess amount of money to the feds in the hope they get some back for education and other programs? This is nothing more than extorsion but the states do not want to call the feds on it.

Just like everything this administration has done in the past 5 1/2 years to grow the economy! I think maybe ‘the one” has more shovel ready jobs in his back pocket. If he really cared, he would tell the environmentalists to pack sand and approve the XL pipeline, or reign in the EPA to allow more coal use in the power plants.
There must be a conspiracy brewing, because every time things are looking bad, he pivots to jobs. Oh yeah, Benghazi is about to break loose.

There is a coin store that sells solid silver bullets just like those. The .223 caliber is 2 oz and I think the 308 is 10 oz. They also started selling 1 oz .45 acp bullets. Pretty neat keep sake/investment.

magazine, its called a MAGAZINE not a clip! This is a common error by those with little firearm exposure and seems trivial but is a good way to tell those that know from those that do not.

In the last sentence or two of senator reid’s statement, it almost makes Bundy sound presidential.

un-friended, nothing more to be said.

The “Police State” has already shown a propensity toward violence as evidenced by the incident in Albuquerque, NM when they murdered a homeless man. We are seeing it more and more in the news of the killing of pets, the assault of passive individuals and the shooting of innocent people. Any standoff with the attendance of forces we saw at the Bundy ranch cannot be trusted to end peacefully any longer. I understand the concerns Mr Beck poses but unlike Occupy, the militias have been shown that too many law enforcement do not care about life, liberty or the pursuit of happiness any longer.

Lock’em up and throw away the keys. These are not humans and deserve no mercy whatsoever.

Not without the mighty MRAP to intimidate those in support of the Constitution!

The Navy Yard shooter and the most recent Fort Hood shooter both bought guns LEGALLY. They used the firearms in an illegal manner. How is technology going to prevent the legal purchase from being used illegally if that is the intent of the purchaser? I really do not understand the way liberals think and don’t think I really want to.
One of the proposed uses of this kind of technology is to be able to "turn off" guns electronically in areas where carrying a gun is unwanted or illegal. This would have stopped both of the shootings you mention.
However, what you are expressing is a strawman. "Liberals" do not point to those cases as places where rational gun control could prevented what happened. However, there are many cases where stricter gun regulations could prevent harm or lessen the damage done.

You ever notice that most politicians are lawyers? Ever notice that important issue like tort reform never go anywhere? Ever notice that in the last 15 years or so there are more ads on TV and Radio for lawyers that want to represent you for mesothelioma, bad drugs reactions, auto collision injuries, etc.. Just pointing out the obvious…….

So reading this correctly, Justina’s parents noted marks on her stomach and bought these to the attention of her care providers; the next day she went to the emergency room. How is it that the care providers are doing a better job than her parents in that they did not notice the marks? What happens when this poor child passes away and all the DCF is going to say is “we’re sorry for your loss” with no accountability for the mistreatment of Justina. She should obviously be removed from whoever is caring for her now.

If the dogs were aggressive, why did the cop not get back in the car? I have been is similar situations with dogs and have not been bitten; lucky I guess and I don’t carry. I am willing to bet that the dog did not become aggressive until the officer kicked it and showed the dog aggression, just a hunch. Either way it is hard to tell from the video and the officer should have called animal control or had dispatch call the house, I think they still have radios in the cars and cell phones. I am just tired of seeing officers shoot more and more family pets just because and then saying the animal was aggressive. Right now it is animals; how soon before the first person gets shot and the officer claims they were aggressive?
Your absolutely right! This is what I was trying to say to that CaptainDLW above who was trying to say this was justified! It was not! Not any more than it would have been if he pulled up and attacked one on the man’s other family members. Most people consider pets a part of their family, love them as much as a child, and for a service animal the bond is even closer since the individual is dependent upon that animal at all times ... There is NO LAW that requires a service animal to be chained or behind a fence at any time! If the person who is dependent upon the animal had been hurt and was looking for help for its owner, the thought that it would have been shot by such an officer at the curb is beyond comprehension!! Such officers and such Captains should be REPLACED pronto!!
