  This woman did not murder, attempt to murder, or try to enforce capital punishment. She was defending her home and family from a criminal intruder. Under the law in all 50 states, when someone breaks into a home that person LEGALLY forfeits their right to safety. Getting shot, and possibly killed, is an occupational hazard if you are a criminal, which this intruder appears to be.
  Yes, he may have been there to “just” rob the home, but with his criminal record he might have been thinking about not leaving witnesses. I bet you didn’t think about that possibility.

  Although this appears to be CLEARLY a case of self defense, I would not be at all surprised if this woman faces federal charges from the obama Department of Justice (We no longer have a US Department of Justice).

  Lessons for today.
  #1. Islam is NOT a religion. It did not consider itself a religion until the mid1850s when it saw financial advantages to being classified a religion. Islam IS a political/military organization determined to rule the world. Mosques are the equivalent of chapels. Calling Islam a religion is like calling the US Army a religion because it has chapels where religious services occasionally occur.
  #2. Many words in the dictionary have more than one meaning. Sometimes the meanings are similar: Sometimes they as different as night and day. In the expression “Islam is a religion of peace” the word peace means “Islam rules, regardless of how that rule is established.” This definition justifies all the violence and killing that we have seen, at least in their own minds.

  The intimidation by the Black Panthers was not alleged. There was a conviction. Holder ordered all charges dropped before sentencing. I want to know why they have not been arrested by the state where the intimidation occured. Surely Pennsylvania has equivalent laws against voter intimidation.

  A utility bill states a bill was sent to the person at the stated address, but it does not verify that the person holding the bill is the person the bill was sent to. If security is a sufficient reason to ask for an ID, then isn’t voting security essential?
  There have been several studies related to voter ID. One study by American University found less than one-tenth of 1% of voters did not already have a government issued picture ID. Another study of 36,000 voters found that only 23 people, NOT 23%, did not have an ID.
  Every state that has enacted a voter ID law has reported an INCREASE in minority voting, not a decrease. Perhaps the minorities in those states believe their vote actually means something again.
  I recently received a new voter registration card from the local election commission. Accompanying it was a letter stating all voters in Tennessee now must present an ID to vote. The letter also stated that anyone who does not have an ID can obtain one for FREE at any driver’s license station.
  To understand the need for voter ID one only needs to look at the recent Wisconsin recall election. That election had a voter turnout of 115%. That means there were about 30,000 more votes cast than the number of registered voters. That’s 30,000 potential cases of voter fraud; in just one state. I cannot imagine how many cases of voter fraud there will be nationwide this November.

  Rubio or Jindahl would indeed make excellent VP candidate. However, both are ineligible because they are NOT natural born citizens: Their parents were not US citizens at the time of their birth, a REQUIREMENT for being a natural born citizen. Rubio has already stated his ineligibility publicly. I do do not know if Jindahl has made a similar announcement.
  Republicans/Conservatives must obey the law even if Democrats choose to violate the law as they did with the nomination of obama in 2008.

  This tape sounds like it has a mental effect: If you THINK you will perform better using it then you probably will. The same effect occured in amateur softball several years ago when graphite bats were used. If a player was convinced he/she could hit the ball further using a graphite bat, then they usually did.
