Yes, he has his freedom of speech… I am just wondering if he would be granted the same freedom had he been a Conservative professor…oh wait, there are none! The few, keep their views to themselves, or they would be out of a job. He has a right to say whatever he wants. It sure isn’t a very intelligent argument though.

The beauty, and greatness of our Constitution, is that it is timeless. It is there precisely to protect individuals from Government tyranny and control. That is why America is exceptional, unique and the most free place on the planet!I find it absolutely incredible that this man just wants to toss it. Of course, he doesn’t want to abolish ALL of it, no, just the parts that he doesn’t like! The man is an idiot and he teaches at Georgetown?!? And who are the “we” that he is referring to? We the Socialists?!? Isn’t it so very interesting that up until the Obama “era” this was not an issue, but since our fair President blatantly disregards the Constitution, We should now accommodate and facilitate his path to total power?
