    STELEX

I just got done watching “The Five”. I was just as perplexed as you were! What is going on here? Beckel of all people. Greg Gutfeld usually hits it right on the nose with humorous wit, but the vale of security has blinded even the most poignant commentators.

I served in OIF 1 and 2 and towards the end of 2 they started to shy away from warning shots. A lot of times we just put rounds in the engine block an that would stop vehicles from getting too close. With that being said America is not a war zone-you shoot to kill. In addition you make sure you have your story straight ” officer my life was in immediate danger and I shot until I stopped the threat”.

Listen @ss munch it takes hours for a limb to be lost due to a tourniquet. While serving in Iraq, medics and combat life savers routinely went straight to a tourniquet.

    Unjustified
The suspect did not help his plight by moving so swiftly when getting out of the car. You can see both of the mans hands when he attempts to get out of the car. When he gets caught in the seat belt he reaches down to remove the belt and this is when the cop throws some lead. No knife was found. The cop messed up. Oh and this man was wallowing in pain while on the ground, he wasn’t going anywhere which doesn’t warrant being shot in the back.

What a skinny lil punk. Little does he know that he is just a pawn, an impressionable young man-who if ever were to exchange gun fire would curl up in a fetal position an beg for mercy.

These guys are just a bunch of privileged punk kids that have been institutionalized and conditioned by their education.

    They are weak….

Wow this is great! instill fear into Americans, create a crisis, then capitalize.

I wish we would send Adam already to his respective maker/false god….

I’m probably the only Eugenian that watches GB.

Unfortunately this is just the tip of the ice burg with regards to anti American views. Our unemployment rate has been higher than the national avg for over ten years, and we still continue to chase out corporations to this day like Whole Foods and Kroger.Eugenians fear big corporations taking over so they let local businesses like Market of Choice (a grocer who is building a $6mil warehouse) influence there decisions and create barriers to entry into the market place, thus giving them a huge market share. What most Eugenians don’t realize is that businesses like Market of Choice are shrewd and will play into the ideologies to do anything to profit maximize. Competition would be great for this economy, would help to drive down prices, bring more jobs and generate more tax revenue, but that just makes sense.

We’ve also had issues as to whether or not we should have Christmas trees in state buildings, we tore down a war memorial atop a hill that was a cross no less, and to top it off mayor Kitty Piercy has declared a medical marijuana week to bring awareness. I don’t have an issue with the stuff but where are the veteran parades? You have to go to a neighboring city for anything to do with the red white and blue.

The path that we are going down is a dangerous one, not just in Eugene but throughout the United States. People are misguided with the romanticism of a utopian society and will be bewildered once real cha
