  37th rated by the UN , the most corrupt institution on Earth , where they skew numbers and use bogus criteria to judge . I would think England for example ranks higher than us and yet look at the survival rates from cancer, breast, colon, ect. Not even close to here, waiting in lines, denied treatment. If its so great why do people come here for medical treatment when its so great in countries with socialized medicine, lets not even take into account that most of these countries have populations smaller than some of our states, its going great when it gets down to single payer, no more innovation and think about it are the best and brightest going to even go into the medical field? Why would you become a brain surgeon if you are going to get paid like a general practitioner. As with everything else it looks good on paper but that is about it, half baked emotional ideas , and feels like just don’t work in reality .   Actually its perfect, all receipts (( all and i mean all receipts)) should have the price of this marxist BS clearly annotated. I think that most progressives forget or just ignore the fact that people go into business , work their asses off , put there money into it to make a living for them and frankly to get to a place of financial security for them and there families. People don’t go in for the good of the people. There is nothing wrong with rational self interest, there is nothing wrong with becoming wealthy or even being born into it .Why should they be forced to to pay, so the increase in cost for them should be noted right there on every receipt. So if almost half the population doesn’t even pay taxes or “contribute” to this communist health care system, what exactly do they bring to the table, how are they benefiting the ‘greater ” good? If this is going to happen , If this is the law of the land now EVERYONE should feel it, everyone should pay. How is it not slavery to be forced pay for someone else who has nothing to do with them. Its Bizzaro world when the Pravda makes more sense and than our own media.

  @rangerskippy, All of this has nothing to do with crime rates, The more crime especially violent crime the more the “need” for more police, more big govt. Create a “Crisis” then “Solve” it. Their solution is more govt which is what they wanted all along. Just like the “Fiscal Cliff” another contrived problem , they propose raising taxes on the rich (and include 250,000 ) which wont even scratch the debt and deficit, all along they really want the rates to up on everyone, the clinton rates with no deductions coupled with the obama spending frenzy. So when we implode , who will come to our save us ,The UN, the IMF? Maybe bill ayers was right all along and we will be divided up and countries like China and Russia will occupy and control regions of the USA, those crazy gun loving people who refuse to “assimilate” will be killed or rounded up and sent to “Re Education camps” . ayers said that 25% of the population would need to be eliminated. Only bright spot I see is that a lot of his supporters will be rounded up to, then they will see how it works, use you up until he doesn’t need them anymore then discard (gays,hispanics,blacks, these brainwashed 30 and others, all soon on the menu too).Its all about keeping everyone chasing our tales while stripping our rights, our ability to resist and eventually enslave us all. so keep watching tv, smoking dope and paying for the asses in hollywood.
