According to Thomas, HR 36 was referred to the Committee on Rules. Why has it not progressed any further? I am going to ask my Rep today. I am glad to see that he is one of the sponsors. Rep Aaron Schock from IL
I will be rooting for Chaffetz and Gowdy to keep the heat on in these hearings. Kudos to Issa for calling out the Dem who tried to blame Benghazi on lack of funding caused by Rep. Evidently the Dem didn’t review the first hearings back in Oct 2012 when it was made clear by Charlene Lamb that funding was NOT AN ISSUE in the security of that compound in Benghazi.

IF he reads these passages of scripture, he is probably ‘just looking for loopholes’ as WC Fields said at the end of his life. I am not the judge of anyone’s heart, but I can judge a tree by its fruit and this guy’s fruit is rotten.

This may be another fake story designed to confuse the Benghazi situation. May the TRUTH be known. This administration seems to have a problem with the concept of TRUTH. I hope that there is someone with a real conscience who will step up and shed LIGHT on the situation.
And what be the punishment for blasphemy? Death to all infidels? The cult of islam is a one-trick pony.
Yeppers, @Anonymous T. Irrelevant. And considering that I, myself, am an infidel for simply existing in their eyes. I am already 'condemned'.
It is time to ramp up all oil production and other energy sources, because if the UN does eventually take the Islamic countries up on this, which is completely possible after watching the UN speeches this year, then it will be our entire country that will be deemed condemned and then sanctioned.

I saw that tweet and it was all I could do to stop myself from making a snarky reply.

I wonder if this reporter asked Pelosi what “You’ll have to wait until we pass it (Obamacare) to find out what’s in it” meant?

I feel for the young girl whose face is being plastered everywhere. But, maybe who knows, she could do a Mitt Romney for President ad…..

So, if Planned Parenthood advertises, I would say that would cause pro-life people to be offended. It would be interesting to see what the outcome would be if a pro-lifer spray-painted a Planned Parenthood advertisement in NYC. I am not suggesting anyone do that, but, just wondering if there might possibly be a double standard? In reality I believe that this decision does encroach on the first amendment. Glad I don’t live in NYC. (I can drink a HUGE COKE if I want to)

I am speechless. I hope this does not mean a silencing of Glenn Beck. His insight and courage have inspired millions of Americans. Of course, he has also brought out the seething anger of the left in this country. I pray that what seems to be a defeat will actually prove to be a great victory for Glenn, his family, and his staff. I pray for them everyday and only hope the best for them.

David Carr has accomplished something significant with this article, I suspect. By writing about Glenn Beck and Fox News, the NYT readership has probably increased 100 fold. I would love to see the stats on that! Otherwise, no one reads their propaganda anymore.
I wish that Fox would put Glenn’s show on during Primetime. With ratings like he has had at 4 PM EST, Prime time should blow the ratings out of the water.
