It should be noted that Mr. Cain has stated that he does and would not discriminate against homosexuals despite his personal religious beliefs. I think this is very much in line with his thoughts on being a Muslim and not putting Shariah before the Constitution/Law.

I really disagree with him on this one, and I still support him for President. Go Herman!

“The constitution nowhere defines the meaning of these words [citizen and natural born citizen], either by way of inclusion or of exclusion, except in so far as this is done by the affirmative declaration that ‘all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States”

And, this was supported by later decisions.

You just have to be born here, folks. The founders had no other intention than that.
