I think Daniels should be suing the parents for all their property to cover the damages inflicted by the four malcontent delinquents.

If I were the 15yo I would be demanding my own lawyer and make it plain to the state persecutors that they will be having a very hostile witness on the stand. If I were the 18yo I better be having my own lawyer and since these are felony charges I would want my right to a jury trial. Then after the lawyers get done doing their stuff this will probably go away or at least get reduced to misdemeanors and the SO stuff will get lost in the shuffle. I’ve seen this happen with young men and older boys who have been caught doing things they should have known not to do but they’re “thinking” with the wrong head!

First of all this couple needs to lawyer up yesterday. If they can’t afford it there were two agencies mentioned which will work pro-bono. Second the guy should not have gone out and confronted the cops and CPS. He should have forced them to get a warrent. They wouldn’t have been able to. Third, Blaze I see no followup as promised.

She is only complying with the district’s “Zero tolerance” policy which she must enforce. But you all are right she should have read all the reports first and made another bad decision.

Sounds like the Security guard needs more training time. He got shots off but didn’t hit either one of the shooters.
