Why do we need a healthcare law to replace it? We never had a healthcare law before obamacare was passed in the middle of the night, without one single republican vote. Millions of people have lost their jobs and their healthcare because of this law. Repeal it and to h e l l with a law to replace it!
Yes cause having the 37th best health care in the world is fine. Having 65% of bankruptcies due to medical bills and most of those for the insured is OK. Relegating those with preexisting conditions and limited funds to the emergency rooms is just fine. Rising health care costs, which have slowed substantially under the ACA, are great profit incentives. All hail the free market when you get in an accident and your emergency room doc soaks you for every penny because you are too close to death to negotiate a better deal.

She told her son, “I hope you die.” “I know that’s a horrible thing to say. I just wanted some sort of relief,” Relief for who? Her son or herself?
I would imagine for both. It is a very harsh reality to live for any length of time, emotionally, psychologically spiritually and physically.
There is no fault to place upon her for that thought and statement she made.
More than likely both. One of the most difficult things to witness is seeing your child wither away while your'e helpless to do anything. Every day after being told your child is going to die in an unimaginable state, elicits a roller coaster of emotions. I really don't believe she meant what she said but out of untenable frustration she lashed out. The amazing thing I see here is that he remembers the dialogue and came to understand how his mom felt. And to think this young man challenged medicine and miraculously regained cognition, an amazing story of hope!

They absolutely went to the farm with the intention of duping them into a law suit. What other reason would they have recorded the conversation in secret. You can’t get away with that crap in the state of Florida. It is illegal to record any audio without notifying all persons involved in the conversation.

One of the many cops could have escorted her across the street to the hospital. They didn’t think of that?
Amazingly, the more of this behavior we have , the more of this behavior we have !!!
Just a matter of time before our society goes into total chaos. When those entrusted with public trust become obviously corrupt, the public soon is emboldened to break the law as well. This is basic civilization 101. We are so screwed. Note to self : BUY MORE AMMO

Most attorneys will give a 30 minute to 1 hour consultation for free and if they think they can win for you they will take your case pro bono.
