This reeks of the child relocation programs of England and the U. S. of the 1920′s and 30′s.
My biggest argument is that the parents of these children are in poverty because of too many entitlement programs and low wage jobs or no jobs. And then employers complain that no one wants to work, but don’t finish their statements with the truth that no one wants to work those jobs at those wages. Same as here in the U.S. I won’t work for minimum wage and both political parties are to blame.

If Belcher hadn’t had a gun he would have grabbed a knife and stabbed her to death and then slit his own wrists or neck. Or beat her over the head with a hammer, or cut her up with a chainsaw. What the heck difference does it make what weapon he used! If he was intent on killing her and himself he would have used whatever was handy.

This is not about affirmative action.
Many employers do refuse to hire local. Refuse to offer on the job training and raises.
When someone wants to work and wants to learn a trade they get shot down.
Minimum wages don’t pay for rent, utilities, food, clothing, and transportation.
I’m not a liberal. I believe in the Constitution and Capitalism. But if I have to live for the job and bend over for the boss, forget it!
I’ve worked jobs that I was offered and accepted positions with the promise of a higher wage and I met or exceeded their quotas only to be told some lame excuse as to why I didn’t get the raise.
Really makes a person want to work for someone only worried about their bottom line and stock value.
How many jobs have been lost to corporate and stockholder greed? Look what happened to a couple of railroads in the 1970′s. It wasn’t the unions that destroyed those companies. It was mismanagement and stockholder greed that led to lack of maintenance, lost business, and eventual shutdown and economic disaster to communities served by those companies. If they are so worried about their money, they can keep it!
